As March comes to an end (my birth month wooo) I thought it would be a fun idea to have a little hang out during the last week! So from March 25 - 31 we are PARTYING !

A Glance Through The Hourglass

Summary: Unbeknownst to everyone, Sebastian Smythe knew how it felt to look out into a colourful world and see nothing but grey. It wasn’t something he shared with most, something he hid through his promiscuous image, something he planned to take to his close-calling grave, but when his plans to rid himself of his burdens and inner aches failed, he was tossed back to Dalton’s walls with a new image and perception, one nobody, not even he, seemed to understand.

Kurt doesn’t know if he wants to understand, but after finding out he and Sebastian have a lot more in common than he thought, he may not have much of a choice.

'Hey Bas I'm meeting up with a friend to grab a coffee in J commons. You coming?’

Jeff's simple question seemed to knock his heart into an irregular rhythm, and a familiar tremble rupture it's way through his neck and wither through his sore muscles.

His doctors had said such occurrences were to be expected after quite a traumatic event; the panic, the need for constant clarification, and the lack of trust. His mind had only just adjusted to the nauseating fact that dozens of people were now aware of the internal pain the sixteen year old had been holding secretly so close to his heart for over six years, and especially within the last six months.

The shrink had said that a natural reaction to Sebastian's situation would be to consistently worry over control, and furthermore over the jurisdiction of the action itself, it was completely estranged to Sebastian, not only as somebody who had held onto composure like a lifeline his entire existence, but the professional terminology and long winded diagnoses the doctors had been using barely made any sense, leaving the teenager to scrounge for whatever scraps of information he could yank together.

His new therapist had also explained that although his mind would feel as though it were travelling through a ‘bustling metropolis of thoughts’, most bad but few good, his brain would pick an associative notion or memory to focus on specifically, due to the fact that the human brain wasn’t capable of doing much else, no matter how much Sebastian insisted it felt as if his mind were New York City central compartmentalised, pretty much all of the time.

Unfairly, after reassessing Jeff's friendly text message, Sebastian's busied brain had eventually settled upon the fresh image of his mother, waking him gently to take his painkillers and presenting him with a scarily similar question the morning before he had returned to school, a little over a week ago.

He couldn't quite remember exactly how she had articulated the phrase, but he knew she had been meeting with his Aunt Anneliese and very predominantly offered their company to him, insisting his father’s twin sister was desperate to see her 'favourite nephew', a similar joke to that of something Jeff would say.

It was a simple tease in an attempt to get a smile out of her 'sickly' son, especially considering Sebastian was his Aunt's only nephew, but instead of filling him with brief laughter, the joke had left him feeling as if he were suddenly surrounded by confusion and disassociation- his mother had never made such a jested comment before, she was a surgeon, usually so firm and serious to match her consequential occupation, simply not wired to crack jokes with her teenager.

He couldn't help but scoff as he recounted the thought, a pathetic teary scoff that held no merit of attitude, but instead of clear confusion in disguise. He knew he shouldn't be mulling over why both of his parents had suddenly changed in his presence, it was pitifully obvious. After his father had found his only son bleeding at the bottom of the large oak tree in their lavish backyard, and his mother had been pulled out of surgery to see her own son being rushed through the double doors at the end of the hallway, still scrubbed in and with no explanation as to what had happened since she’d left for work that evening, there was no reason to wonder as to why they were suddenly showering him in attention, they had almost lost him, and must've felt like it was all their fault.

It wasn't...it wasn't their fault at all, and the simple thought that his distracted yet loving parents were blaming themselves for Sebastian's attempt to take his own life had brought him to juvenilised sobbing throughout the first few nights of recovery. They were trying so hard, trying to fix something they played little to no part in destroying, and it stung to know they were changing for him when he didn't really deserve the efforts.

My tLoZ and LU Masterlist

UPDATED 11/19/2023

Of Dubious Sophistication: 6/? posted chapters, Wild meets the chain on a day when he has to act like an important person and decides to fuck with their initial misconceptions of him. Mostly formatted to give each of the Links to come to their own conclusions about Wild, a Compilation of oneshots with a vague overarching plot.

Another Second Chance: 2/? classic Wild gets pulled into the AOC timeline and is tasked to help prevent the calamity. But he looks different enough from his counterpart that he doesn’t reveal his true identity. He accidentally parallels Astor in the whole mysterious sorcerer/ seer vibes as he both knows the future and popped out of nowhere in a dramatic cape and ancient technology. Lots of interaction between Wild and the champions and there is both angst and hijinks. There’s also stuff about the new champions as most of it follows the plot of AOC. Also Wolfie is there because I thought it would be funny for him to bop around the baby egg guardian.

The Silence of the Knight: BOTW pre-calamity fic that’s mostly an introspective fic about why Link went silent and how everyone around him reacts to his lack of outward emotions. I just saw the concept of people seeing him as not quite human because of his refusal to show any emotions and wanting to catch a glimpse of how/ if he reacts when tragedy strikes, just to see if he has the ability to feel anything at all.

Heavy in Your Arms: Wild hated getting his memories back. They could be triggered by seemingly anything, they forced the entire group to stop or have someone stay with him until he got over it, which mostly ended up being Twilight, and he tended to end up feeling terrible. Even the good ones were bittersweet, when he saw glimpses of a family that was long gone or a fleeting moment when his life wasn’t destined to be a nightmare, only to open his eyes a century later having lost everything.He knew it was starting to become a hindrance on their quest and the last thing he wanted to be was a burden. (part of a series focused on the Wolf Trio)

I’ve Seen Hell (But This is a Bit More My Style): BOTW Fem!Link fic focused on how being the first female incarnation of the Heroes Spirit would be treated with a little bit of Zelink as a forbidden relationship. Link is angry and all of her past lives are just as pissed as she is. She’s seen as a harbinger of the calamity rather than the hero sent to stop it. And she’s seen as a mistake of the goddess and proof that the 10,000 years of peace was now at an end. General woman problems you know? (Sequel incorporating LU in progress) also please mind the tags.

The Caretaker of Holy Things: OC fic made for a zelda creators collab, the Priestess of the Temple of Time remains at the great plateau while the calamity rages around her, unfortunately, she’s due to have visitors. 

Whumptober 2022:

Prompt 2: Nowhere to Run: Aryll from my priestesses AU meets the Fierce Deity for the first time.

Prompt 5: Hypothermia: Link and Zelda from my Golden Priestesses AU journey up to the Temple of Nayru to the spring of wisdom.

Prompt 9: Caught in the Storm: Zelda spends one hundred years fighting the calamity, even though he’s slumbering in the shrine of resurrection, Link still finds a way to help her keep her head above water.

Prompt 10: Whipping: Wild from my Fem!Wild AU has to reveal some things about her past after having a panic attack post-battle. Kind of a rewrite of part of the comic where Wild throws himself in front of Wind during a fight, you know the one.

Maya hadn’t even stepped out of bed when she saw the farmiliar head of messy black hair bowed low at her bedside.

“Mm.. hello pet.” Her voice was still gravely with sleep. She rubbed her eyes.

“Good morning master,” came the dutiful, pleasant response she was never sure she’d grow accustomed to hearing. His tone still made her head buzz.

She only chuckled and ran a hand through his soft, dark waves, relishing in how he sighed and leaned into her touch.

Was this just how he was trained to act?

Or was this really that enjoyable?

Perhaps enjoying being pet like an animal was a trained response too.

She supposed that at this point, everything about her sweet thing’s ‘real’ personality had probably been wiped long ago and replaced with traits they had wanted. So maybe none of it really mattered at all.

“Good boy,” she mumbled through a sleepy smile, still stroking his hair.

His palms were now pressed flat against the ground in favor of leaning further up against her hand, like an eager puppy desperate for more attention—for more praise, to be pet.

Yes, what did any of it matter.

He was pretty, he was obedient, and best of all, he was hers.

1. Not to me (Not If Its You) ➸ Change is always hard, no matter how big or small. Luckily the enterprise crew is both deeply caring, and obnoxiously nosey, and very determined to help.

2. It’s a Touchy Subject ➸ Kirk is having some…personal issues and enlists his lieutenant to help. Unfortunately for her he never knows when to stop talking, and accidentally hits a… sensitive topic, one about a certain chief medical officer.

3. Yours (And Ours) ➸  McCoy hated surprises, and being interrupted. Though for the right person, he supposed he could make an exception.

4. Something Blue ➸ All is well on the starship Enterprise. Except for, well, its missing Captain.

Final Fantasy XVI has me in a chokehold.

So I’m a huge Final Fantasy fan, it’s my life goal to collect and play every single game ever made in the franchise. So that’s what I’m doing. And right now, XVI- just- *feral gremlin noises*.
