falling down a new hole has also made it really clear how much of a statistical anomaly starship is for me like im fully capable of drawing sweet romantic moments for my ships i just refuse to ever draw VR-LA being happy i guess

#filled an a4 canvas with sketches in the span of 2 days in between my revision dear god #the brainrot really is rapid onset #kinda forgot my irl friends dont spend as much time on tumblr as i do so i was showing my friend my sketch canvas and like #tucked in the bottom was a little doodle of like #the hands in mouth show me ur teeth pose w sett (n phels hands i guess) and my friend was like 🤨🤨#me: teef :)#i guess they just serve different purposes like #most of my ships are comfort media to me but mr-sn was dead on arrival so the point was never to have a good time #so like making starship art became this much more academic excercise in figuring out how to deliver an emotion in my compositions and stuff #that emotion being: pain!#like theres a lot of very fun imagery and symbolism surrounding them that i can play around with to create angst specifically #asto speaks #not gonna stop drawing rwd art btw #despite falling. full ass into the heartsteel hole #theres a draft im working on im just taking my own sweet time #and that animatic i may or may not make #i just also have. finals
