What! Akshay Kumar Hurts Himself During The Shoots Of Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi

Recently, Akshay Kumar has been shooting in Mumbai for his upcoming movie Sooryavanshi which will be directed by Rohit Shetty.  During the shoots, Akshay Kumar has hurt himself. It is reported that Khiladi Kumar has sprained his left arm muscles. However, shoots have not been hampered on the occasion. Being a professional actor, Pad Man actor has carried on the shoots. Following to a consultation with a physiotherapist, Akshay has resumed his work.

According to our source, “He sprained a muscle in the left arm. The physiotherapist taped the affected areas and Akki continued to shoot. A few days of shoot, and a song featuring Akshay and Katrina Kaif, remain.” Almost after 9 years, Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif will collaborate in this movie. Fans are really happy to hear the news.

For the first time, Akshay Kumar has become a part of a music video starring Nupur Sanon recently. By watching the song you may be reminded of Namaste London and Akshay’s chemistry with Katrina. It has been a complete surprise for the fans. Later on, Akshay Kumar has shared a video with Katrina Kaif also while replicating scene from Namaste London. On the occasion, Akshay has captioned it as “Been reading all your comments on the #FilhallTeaser and so many of you said it reminded you’ll of Namastey London. Coincidentally, I was shooting with our very own Jazz aka @katrinakaif today for #Sooryavanshi and we have a little surprise for you all?”

During shoots in Hyderabad, Akshay has shot with 300 dancers for a carnival like grand song. It is said “In his signature style, the director has envisioned it as a larger-than-life, carnival song that will see the entire cast of the cop thriller come together. It will be along the lines of the title tracks of Golmaal Again and Simmba. An elaborate set will be built for the song, which will also feature as many as 300 background dancers.”

Release of Sooryavanshi is scheduled on 27th March, 2020.

Akshay Kumar gets injured during the shoot of Sooryavanshi

Akshay Kumar who is simultaneously shooting for multiple projects was recently filming a pivotal scene for the upcoming film Sooryavanshi. During the shoot of the Rohit Shetty directed cop-drama in Mumbai, Akshay Kumar suffered a hand injury.  As per reports, he sprained a muscle in the left arm. The physiotherapist taped the affected areas and the actor carried on with the shoot. Most parts of the film have been shot in Bangkok, Mumbai and Hyderabad, including the much talked about climax including Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn in their cop avataar. While a majority portion of the film has been shot, there are a few scenes and song sequence between Akshay Kumar and the lead actress Katrina Kaif that remains to be filmed.  Akshay Kumar's hand injury came to notice in a recent video the actor had posted on his Instagram feed. The actor who will soon be seen in a music video titled ‘Filhaal’, had picked a portion of the song and acted it out with co-star Katrina Kaif. After the success of Housefull 4, Akshay Kumar is all set to romance Kriti Sanon’s sister Nupur Sanon in his debut music video Filhall.

Now, Akshay shares the first look poster of the video. The song has been sung by B Praak.

In the poster, Akshay can be seen clad in black kurta pyjama. Nupur Sanon, on the other hand, makes a pretty picture in a red salwar kameez.

Expressing her excitement at working with Akshay Kumar on her debut acting assignment, Nupur shared, “It was my first acting assignment, and that too with such a big star, so I had butterflies in my stomach. I was nervous on the first day of the shoot as I had not met Akshay even socially before. But he was warm, and we bonded over our Punjabi connect. I kept on asking him questions on how to go about it. He calmly told me, you are doing good. If I think I need to guide you, I will.”
