Importance of Filter Carts and how to select the right one?
A lubricant filter cart is an important tool that can be used in many ways. From filtering all types of new and used oil to taking samples and transferring oil, filter carts are considered to be a must-have for an effective lubrication program. Oil filter carts have many benefits; they can be customized to fit any plant as per the uses and specifications. If designed, it can also give a warning if the unit needs servicing.
The uses and importance of filter carts are as follows
For cleaning the lubricants stored
For transferring the filtered oil to a machine or containers
For reconditioning of oil (currently in use)
For flushing (power, line, wand, etc.)
For contamination control functions (hose cleaning)
For meeting cleanliness standards

How to select the right filter cart?
If you don’t want your money to get wasted, select the right filter cart considering the below check-points:
Check the type of oil before buying a filter cart because carts are designed as per the viscosity levels. If a plant uses different types of oil then multiple filter carts are to be used.
Choose a filter cart that can be carried easily to the place of its application. Here, you have to consider the source of power as well.
Knowing your oil cleanliness target is very important before you buy filter carts. Don’t depend on the ISO standards entirely to evaluate used oil. Considering the specification of the type of oil is vital. We know that when viscosity increases, the cleanliness level decreases.
Check the oil flow rate. Powerful carts will cost you more, so it’s very important to know the filter’s flow rate before buying.
Customization of filter cart can be done, check before you buy if it matches your requirements or not. For example, the installation of bypass valves, dual filters, etc.
It is always better to take a second opinion than to stick with a single thought. It’s advisable to have a discussion with your filter distributor or manufacturer to find the best option. Remember that the filter cart must be chosen carefully and effectively to meet the cleanliness goals.

What Are Industrial Pump Skid Systems?
Industrial skid mounted pumping systems are extensively used in the oil and gas industry to simplify the operation, installation and the maintenance of pumping and other industrial applications.
When there is a skid-mounted design you can be sure of easier installation and transportation and the entire system can be deployed as a single unit. With a pre-fabricated system, you get the advantage of reduced costs and time and the need for on-site assembly and fabrication. If you are looking for a convenient, efficient and cost-effective solution for your industrial pumping applications, consider the skid systems.
What are the Modular Engineered Process Skids that Sungov Engineering has to offer?
In a traditional setup there is always greater room for increase and delay in capital costs and longer lead times. This is where Modular Engineered Process Skids come in. This is a self-contained process system that allows better integration and transportation, resulting in shorter project timelines and better profits. Designed to serve industries such as oil and gas, power generation and petrochemicals, the modular engineered process skids help in bringing products to the market quickly and with greater efficiency. The following are the skid packages that Sungov Engineering has to offer:
Fuel Unloading Skid Package
Fuel Unloading Skid is a skid mounted pumping system that is usually used in diesel tank facilities in industries. With safety interlocks in place, the fuel gas conditioning skid packages ensure safe operations of flammable fuels. In a typical fuel unloading skid package, you will find truck grounding device, flexible piping to connect to the truck, suction fuel filters, fuel pumps and a control system including an easy-to-use HMI (human machine interface with graphical representation) all mounted on a (or several) suitable skid frame(s).
Fuel Gas Conditioning Skid Package
The fuel gas skid package is a skid mounted package that is used in the treatment of fuel gases such as natural gas, hydrogen gas, biogas, propane gas and others before they are treated to a turbine or other gas combustion equipment. Sungov Engineering offers customized fuel gas conditioning skid packages that cover mechanical, process, civil as well as electrical designs. In a typical gas treatment skid, you can expect fuel gas scrubber, fuel gas preheaters, fuel gas filers and/or fuel gas coalescers and fuel gas superheaters to help treat fuel gas for solid, liquid contamination removal. The entire process comes with safety interlocks and works as a plug and play equipment at the site.
Oil Conditioning Skid Package
Clean oil is vital in industries, as contaminated oil can lead to poor equipment performance. Sungov Engineering offers standard as well as custom-built solutions for your oil conditioning needs. The skid mounted separation systems are extensively used in thermal power plant, steel plant, oil refineries, fuel oil purification and lube oil filtration. A typical skid package may include the following in different combinations: a Basket Filter, a Cartridge Filter, a Centrifugal Separator, a Coalescer, a Strainer, a heater, a Heat Exchanger and a feed pump.
Bespoke Skids
Bespoke skids are necessary when there are the most demanding of customers’ fluid handling challenges to deal with. Sungov Engineering has the expertise to create custom packages for a variety of applications such as Joule Thomson/JT skids, hydrant hose package, water wash skids, deluge skids, heater skids and other filter skids.

Pairing: OC x OC, Eliza x Dayra
Synopsis: One rule broken leads to so much.
@fairylightsandthings
Part One
————————————————————
Earth wasn’t fair.
There was monsters in the skin of men, pure ones in the skin of monsters. There were victims everywhere, hunters and prey. Those who hunted the hunters.
A system had been set up, long before the first man took his first breath. And as the first child came into the world, the first guardian angel watched them from Heaven, the home of all angels.
But not all angels were pure. Not all were good, virtuous, or cared about the humans they were assigned to.
The system remained though, as there were punishments that even the most careless angel wouldn’t laugh at.
But then one did. And so devils were created. But that’s how the world works, right? Good and bad, all mixed together.
And in Heaven, there was one particular angel that we will focus on.
Eliza. Hair the color of fire, bright crystal blue eyes and rich brown skin. She was sweet, gentle, and cared.
She was also young.
And she wasn’t a guardian Angel. Instead, she was a filer, in charge of putting away the files of a small group of people. One and the hundreds of filers. She was faceless in the crowd. She would need a miracle to ever be more than what she was assigned to.
But perhaps, dear reader, you’ve forgotten that she lived in Heaven. And in Heaven, miracles were abundant.
———————————————————
It was one file in particular, that caught Eliza’s eye. A young girl, scarcely seven years old. Her picture was worn and her blue eyes scared. Dayra Sawyer, her name read.
Now, it was an unspoken rule that filers weren’t supposed to read through much of the files, but one peak wouldn’t hurt, right?
And this girl, this small child, she needed help.
So Eliza peeked. A peek turned into a few minutes, then two more pages, then before she knew it, she had read the entire file.
It was horrible. Where the frick was the girls guardian Angel?! The one who was supposed to protect her and watch over her, who was supposed to make sure she lived a happy life?
Where were they?!
Before she knew it, she was flying down the golden hallways, an unfamiliar, hot feeling in her chest. It was tight and burning, and she felt her fists clench.
Was this... what humans called anger?
“Eliza!”
She yanked out of her thoughts, skidding to a hasty stop. “Risk!”
Her “cousin” gave her a concerned look, reaching out her hands. “You look weird! Your face is all scrunched up, looks kinda scary.”
She blinked, touching her face. “Scary? That’s... well you wouldn’t believe what I read!”
The burning feeling came back tenfold as she opened Dayras file, shaking her head. “You wouldn’t believe what she’s gone through. What kind of guardian Angel would-“
“You read the file?” Risk interrupted, eyes widening. “Eliza! You know we aren’t supposed to do that!”
She paused, file half open. Yes, Risk was correct but...
“I don’t regret it,” Eliza said simply. “I’ll take whatever punishment, but this has to be fixed.”
Risk clicked her tongue. “Eliza... I love that you care, but you know that’s one case out of thousands-“
“And maybe I can help!” She bit back. “Yes, it’s one case, but if I take this to the Director I’m sure that-“
A sharp laugh interrupted them. They both jumped, spinning around.
“Come on rule breaker,” It was a guardian Angel. “Oh, you’ll see the Director alright. Follow me.”
“Wait- dont-“ Risk sputtered, eyes wide.
She grabbed Eliza’s hand, but the older angel had already squared her shoulders and stifled her trembling.
“Thank you.” she smiled.
The guardian Angel grinned back. “No problem. Now let’s go.”

How to change the oil on a 2006 Yamaha Raptor 700: Enduro Skills First step: Pull out the oil dipstick from the oil tank. Second step: Take off oil filler cap located on the right side of the engine. Third Step: Remove the 3 oil drain bolts. A. First is on the bottom of crank case near the middle. Might need to take off the skid plate to access the bolt.. This will let the oil out of the crank case. The size is 22mm, but I've also seen it be a 21mm. B. The Second drain point is on the bottom of the oil tank. This allows the oil from the tank to drain and is usually a 12mm but there are cases where it strips and has to be tapped out to a 13mm. Skid plate may need to be removed again, you can drill a hole for future access. C. Third one you should've already have opened, it's the bottom bolt that's holding oil filter cover on. Fourth Step: Wait for the oil to completely drain. You can shake it back and forth to help drain a bit but make sure you're on a level surface. Once the old oil drained out put all your drain bolts back in (If you are replacing your filer as well you will put the cover bolt back in when filter is replaced). The recommended torque is 17ft lbs on the crankcase drain bolt, 13ft lbs on the oil tank bolt therefore doesn't need a lot of force. BE VERY CAREFUL when you're tightening the bolts, the crank case drain bolt is known to strip easily. by Enduro Skills
