Butterflykit -- Butterflypaw -- Butterflyleap

A diver, though she’s currently in the nursery with her two kits, Sealkit and Mistkit. Mate to Fidgetnose.

Butterflyleap is a voice of firm optimism, which is a welcome source of wisdom especially now for RippleClan. Her seemingly unending positivity keeps her clanmates going and reconsidering their own thoughts after all the recent loss, and she’s happy it does, as she does not want to bring her kits up in a cynical or frayed clan. 

Her hope should not be mistaken for weakness, though she once was a much more naive cat. Trusting and easily charmed, she was quick to do whatever she could to make others happy, especially as an apprentice, sometimes at the cost of her own happiness. Being stepped all over a few times has left her with a healthy dose of reality but not without her kindness. She is firm in her needs and expectations but will not let anyone tarnish the light that blooms from her and that she can give to others. Cats often joke that her mate, Fidgetnose, left one pillar of light for another, as he was previously the kittypet that lived in the lighthouse near RippleClan territory.

i really think seeing delilah become friends with some other former kittypets in the clans would be interesting and while we have all of the eden cats to choose from, also consider...fidgetnose of jaggedclan. it seems sort of strange but they just feel like they’d really get along and be sweet friends. delilah has good vibes, fidgetnose could use a dose of them. within her own clan i’d love to see delilah and figflower become friends because figflower totally needs someone as unrelentingly supportive and sweet as delilah, and again, they’d just be adorable together!
