This is an obvious call, but Tutankhamun's third Ascension is probably story locked because it either depicts an idealized grown-up version he never achieved or his divine aspect. Or both.

I'm willing to put money down on FGO's new King Tut Servant having some sort of Outer God connection, given that A) in an event with Goghie, B) his third skill, NP, and further ascensions are locked as '???' currently, which suggests some fun secrets, and C) Lovecraft's Nyarlathotep having origins in Egypt.

It's actually not the first time FGO has kinda linked Egypt and the Mythos, though it's not addressed explicitly: the real Nitocris isn't particularly famous (sorry babe), really only being mentioned in a couple of records of kings, and then much later in Lovecraft (and later authors) works, and it's from these mythos works that her Mirror and partial control over the dead comes from, while her Assassin version's NP derives more from the historical record. Though FGO Nitocris has no solid direct connection to FGO's Outer Gods (as far as I can tell).

In connections of logic that make sense only to me, because I love Nitocris and Goghie so much, I'll probably roll for Tutankhamun in ~2 years time. Also helps that he's one of the few 'New' (non-collab, non-alternate) Servants this year on JP, with a fun looking kit too.
