CONTAINMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

Patient 1807-14 is to be kept in a soundproofed cell at all times. No verbal communication to be attempted and a buddy system must remain in place during any and all monitoring sessions. Any personnel within fifteen metres or attempting any type of communication with 1807-14 are to wear earplugs and active noise-cancelling earmuffs at all times. Patient 1807-14 is in good condition with no prior or current medical issues and or diseases.
