jhjjhfikfkd ate a lot today and experienced stomach pain but the shawarma was rlyyy good
i think I like medically have to consume small portions and have a/some vegetable in meals (like ig thats just healthy?)
or eat slowly at least even if "normal" portion but it just gets annoying sometimws how much time is spent eating
anyway gn
wanna know what yall have been up to but too tired and much to do lately
#ig ill put full list of food in tags so tw#half or most an 80 cal 15g protein yogurt#3 small pieces of beef or turkey bacon#half or 2/3 of the shawarma sandwich but it was large so basically cals of normal one but w higher veg/protein#few bites of chicken paratha wrap and cheesecake#lots of tea unkown milk and some coffee w 1% milk lets say 1cup whole milk max#bit of rice and aloo gosht#80 cal of gelato it was so good the dark choco gelato popsicle like its the perfect size#stomach may also hurt bc dairy tbh i shoild take lactaid
