I think the fact that you feel you could do more says a lot, though. Like, if you’re telling yourself “I want to be an involved and passionate person” you’re doing a hell of a lot better than those who don’t tell themselves that.

that's a really good point! I think my main thing I I judge myself against what I think successful people should do, and not by what would make me happy. And it's okay that those don't always line up. I just have to keep learning and growing and not put so much pressure on the college experience
