Hace unos días hablábamos de la segunda Eurocopa conquistada por España, con la que se abría un glorioso ciclo que se cerraba con esta tercera , ganada por 4-0 a Italia en una final disputada hace once años en el estadio Olímpico de Kiev ante la presencia de 64.000 espectadores.

It must be the hair tie

At 3am in the morning, I wasn't sleeping. I was watching football while watching over my mum in the hospital. The score was already 2-0 before I drifted to sleep. Today there's a replay of the game on tv, and I saw the Italian guy again in hair tie. Aside from the black guy who's annoying because he hurt the Spain players often, the only guy I really remembered was the guy in the hair tie. I didn't remember his name, so I asked some friends about him.

"What's the name of Italian player with hair tie?"

"Balzaretti I think you mean," was Rosa's answer.

"YES YES. I JUST REMEMBERED HIS FIRST NAME. FEDERICO," came my excited reply.

I googled for his photos but came to the conclusion that his face is not so awesome. I guess it must be the hair tie.

I also googled "Why do i find it sexy when guys have hair tie" and found no result. It's official, I'm a weirdo.

Some theories about this come to mind. Maybe this football player in hair tie just reminds me of someone. But that someone was just in hair tie often too because he knows I like it.

Maybe it's the fact that hair tie is traditionally for girls, and thus hair tie on a guy makes both his feminine and masculine side appear, which I think is very attractive.

It happened a lot of times and it will happen again. Just tie your hair and--voila! You're now a goddamned sexy male to me. On second thought, maybe the face matters too. Because, damn, I know that right after reading this males-in-hair-tie-are-sexy piece, a troll is already digging the internet for photos of ugly guys in hair tie. Well thank you very much, but I prefer cute guys in hair tie. Gorgeous, if you will.
