At least Palworld gave us a better Cobalion redesign than Nintendo/GameFreak
Left to right: original Cobalion, Iron Crown (robot Cobalion) from Scarlet/Violet, Fenglope (Cobalion with cloud fluff) from Palworld
Like seriously, Cobalion is an awesome design and Fenglope really manages to capture its vibes, instead of that bland robot thing

I kinda get it, but like. Cobalion also had that prideful vibe, like he stands tall, ready to protect, but still looks a bit goofy. And Iron Crown just got the goofy part, while Fenglope took the prideful vibe but more in a "I'm cooler than you" way than "I will protect you" way. And after thinking about it, I'd say both fall short of the original Cobalion.
