I've loved Lavellan's tarot card for a really long time so I finally did a redraw fitting my own inquisitor :)

Fenera Surana - Leliana romance

Aradia Hawke - Anders romance

Tarensa Lavellan - Solas romance

Luvena de Riva - Lucanis romance

All mages. If Hawke could have been any race, she’d have been an elf too. Alas.

Fenera - arcane warrior/spirit healer/battle mage

Aradia - entropy/fire/force mage

Tarensa - rift/keeper/shapeshifter mage

Luvena - necrotic/lightning/spellblade mage

Technically I don’t have a canon Veilguard canon yet, but this is my current playthrough.

Fenera world state: Spared Loghain, married Alistair and Anora together, made Bhelen king, destroyed the anvil, saved Redcliffe and Connor, broke the werewolf curse, saved the circle, and had Morrigan do the dark ritual.

Hawke world state: Had Carver become a warden, got the Arishok’s respect, Isabela came back, had Varric help his brother, supported Anders, told Sebastian to piss off.

Tarensa world state: Denied being the herald the whole time, sided with the mages, had Loghain sacrifice himself in the fade, spared the wardens at Adamant, had Celene and Briala reunite, drank from the well of sorrows, made Leliana Divine (unhardened), had Bull side with the Chargers, encouraged Bull and Dorian together, kept Cole a spirit, found and exposed the truth about Ameriden, disbanded the Inquisition, vowed to save Solas.

Still playing Luvena but so far had her spare Treviso.

Some random facts:

Fenera was born in the alienage in Highever before being taken to the circle at age 5.

Aradia’s maternal grandmother was a Phentaghast and her paternal grandmother was one of Flemeth’s daughters.

Tarensa’s clan lives in the Korcari Wilds (and was the clan that saved Loghain and Maric in Stolen Throne).

Luvena was adopted by House de Riva (and made Viago’s ward) after she was found shipwrecked at sea as a small child.

The reason it’s called the Arbitrary Decisions AU is because Grace decides to go to Therinfal and NOT the Conclave :)

Fenara is Lily’s Father’s sister (Lily’s Biological Aunt). Lily’s father dies in the Conclave Explosion, and Lily’s Mother dies in Haven (the same as in my Canon Universe). Fenara becomes Inquisitor, since Grace is not present at the conclave.

Grace comes in during the Arbitrary Decisions AU as the de facto leader of what remains of the Templar Order (Outlined in Part 4 of Stained). She settles into Skyhold and enters a polyamorous relationship with Cullen and Barris. She is the one who starts the hunt for Solas after the Exalted council at Fenara’s request. I haven’t quite worked out how she ends up adopting Lily, but it happens.

All of Lily’s story has currently been written or the Canon story, so if you want to ask for some later Arbitrary AU stuff between Fenara, Solas, and Lily, feel free :D

[In the Canon Storyline, Fenara AND Doron Lavellan die in the Conclave Explosion, Grace becomes Inquisitor, and Lily is fully orphaned after Haven.]
