Funny about personal training when people try to haggle prices. Now comes to my attention some people expect stuff free or things at a cheaper rate & want results. Unfortunately these things happen. Some expect to get results without paying then complain in the future they didn't get the results if they follow a plan not a cookie cutter plan an actual legit program built for that person along with proper nutrition. The stories I hear all the time I wanna lose 10-15 KGs in three months sound all happy about it etc then when they don't wanna put in the effort and work let alone pay for sessions they blame and complain about everything & give up. Now if you can spend $30-40 on lunch or $30 on smokes or $40 on beer etc a week or day these things add up which people don't realize. It's like what I always to say clients write your foods down because you will be surprised what you actually put in your mouth as some don't pay attention at all. My best advice make a plan structure your budget and stop spending on bs and learn to cook at home and learn to be disciplined. And listen to your trainer not an egoistic trainer but someone who gives a shit. We are all wish full thinkers and dreamers but sorry those results don't just appear they need required hard work and discipline. I hear all the Time from people because I'm a trainer it's easy for me actually it's quite hard to be honest because the times I train a between clients as I don't have other times to train so I'm making use of my time whilst in the gym as a father of two and a business things can be hectic. So people stop with the excuses and be ready to pay for a service and be ready to put the hard yards.
