THEY BOW BACK TO YOU??? I LOVE THIS BIRD

It's even better that they're probably based on a shoebill... look at that beak of theirs! Plus the way it bows!!

I love them lots..., They react to other gestures too!! If you kneel, they'll do a sort of display and show off their wings, and if you applaud them I think they make a little call?

I gotta find the other rare creatures and see what they do... unfortunately I've only found Monksnail (which WAS a request) and that one in the Sandy Plains (funnily enough I think I found them first on accident, though I should go back and see how that silly guy reacts)

I actually only found this guy only because I caught a glimpse of them flying by I think... I must've mistook them for a felicicrow or something... despite the fact the game would've obviously let me know where it would be if I stumbled into its general vicinity...

One of my favourite critters from Monster Hunter Rise, the felicicrow! Look at how cute it is. It's also nice to see a crow used as a symbol of good luck for once... I always drop whatever I'm doing to go say hi when I spot one, you can't say no to increased quest rewards.

I also just realized that since most monsters and creatures in Rise specifically are inspired by youkai, the three leg thing is probably a reference to the Yatagarasu...
