Having one or more of these? I battled all these, and then some. I thought it was normal. I was getting older. My job. The kids. Sometimes I still have issues, nobody is perfect. However, I have the tools I need to help me. Everyday, consistently, for 2 years now. I feel better and stronger all the time. It is such a #wowfactor when you realize that you are actually supposed to feel good MOST of the time. For me I thought the exact opposite. I thought it was just normal to feel like crap all the time and when I had a good day I savored it. I’m sure a lot of people hear what I do and wonder how I got sucked into a “pyramid scheme”. Here’s the thing: I didn’t get hustled. I got healed. And in that healing, I found meaning in giving the gift of healing to others. Maybe you don't have any major 'health issues' - but you know you don't feel as good as you could... Stop thinking that feeling bad all the time is normal. Having one or more of these? I battled all these, and then some, for so long. Sometimes I still do, nobody is perfect. However, I have the tools I need to help me.
