The softest cake ever. I love genoise cakes but the difference between a genoise and cotton cake is that because it's a cake baked in a Bain Marie ,it doesn't have crusts that need to be trimmed. It's just a sponge from top to bottom. Soft and vanilla Flavors in each bite. And if you've a beater ,you can make this cake. Add the food colors if you wish to,.. but it's worth making an effort for this cake. And you can skip Saviordi biscuits and use this cake for a tiramisu too. It's on the blog on.
