If only one or no criteria is met, the subject cannot be classified as a man and thus shall be restricted from beholding activities.

You may submit your potential men to us through our ask box, where they shall be judged in public and rewarded (or chastised) for their humanity.

Note that due to personal life matters our posting schedule is generally irregular, usually coming as two queued assessments per day for a short period of time then an indefinite period of radio silence. Do not worry during such times, I am incapable of dying.
