                   Thunder rumbles in the distance and she watches the downpour of rain from beneath the cover of trees. Both the rain and the obstructed path ahead have put a halt to her journey thus far —— an INCONVENIENCE, to say the least. The later more so. She could easily wait out the weather itself, but it’s rather more difficult to circumvent a heavily torn up pathway. One thing at a time will have to be dealt with, she supposes, as she isn’t entirely willing to go for a leisurely walk in the rain. ( wearing white isn’t generally conducive with excessive water ) And so she waits, the calm line of her shoulders twitching just so as she hears heavy footfalls, and she turns, only enough so that she can see her brand new company. ❝ —— The pathway up ahead is blocked, ❞ she says out of lack of anything else to utter, taking stock of the young man before letting her gaze drift away.

Though Umbra was no explicitly rambunctious hound, given to bound and play and howl all hours of the night or day, there was always a certain energy inspired in him by Noctis and Luna both. A drive to play, to defend, to leap about and prance in true happiness that both were together and naught could cleave such a joyous union of souls; all consumed Umbra when the Chosen King and Oracle walked together. 

Though Lunafreya did not stand with him, Noctis’ appearance stirred no less joy in the hound for it. Plumed tail wagging a sycophantic beat, Umbra wriggled closer, careful not to disturb the sleeping prince. Tentative paws skipped carefully over most extremities, Umbra lowered himself to a prime position for joining the prince: head on his chest, wet nose just peeping against the collarbone, and all his form to give the young boy a blanket where none was provided. He did not bark or whine his joy, but even in slumber, all would note his tail never ceased its wagging display.

  bromance. well, i already told ye about this bUT ILL ADD ONTO IT. zack would get along so well with noctis and his k-pop boy band, maybe. ZACK IS LIKE THAT PUPPER U HAVE TO WATCH CONSTANTLY BC HE WILL LEGIT RUN OFF AND GET EVERYONE IN TROUBLE IF NOT ON A TIGHT LEASH ( or poop on your rug. :I ) or zack could teach the team his squatting techniques.

 game-based HONESTLY-- zack’s sword cold be a DLC for noct or gladio, BUT IT WOULD BE A PRETTY O.P SWORD BC WOW IT HELPED END SO MUCH EVIL.  idk if i could see him cruising along in the car with him; but on his motorcycle. anouther cool thing to see would be their tag-team thing where a friend comes in, zack would totally use his D.M.W mechanic in a combo with nocto. i haven’t played much of VX bc school n work bUT HELLA YE.
