I'm gonna be fully honest with this opinion, but I might be really wrong

I feel like fate of the stars is horribly underrated I only see people talk about how it is as a goodbye from tally hall, not that it isn't, but I haven't seen anyone talk about how good it is as a song itself its honestly one of the best songs i have ever heard

In the song, stars are represented like gods, deities. And here the vip are the deities.

The vips laugh. Silence never around, because of the continuous gunshots and screaming of people being killed

The games in s1 and before , were ignored by the police, and the missing players were forgotten. This led the games to continue

With a stare at a hole in the world comes a lust to be high

(love this line btw). The players who were in debt and stuck in poverty, were exposed to a ‘hole in the world’. They saw a void in their future and current lives, with no hope. They had no one to help them etc etc, and this drove them to do whatever they could to get the money.
