I don't often like to venture into comment sections of any older music videos anymore because anything older than 2012 and 90% of the comments tend to be old people despairing at younger folks or just shitting on them in general, making whatever sort of patronising statements about entire generations based on the one (1) young person they've ever known, but just now someone on the Fascination Street music video just described the Cure as a beautiful love letter to the darkness, inviting it in to be loved, and I'm now sobbing, such poetry is not how I'd planned to end my day

The Dead Sea Scrolls are a fascinating witness to the authenticity of the Old Testament text. Prior to their discovery in 1947, the oldest complete Old Testament texts dated from around AD 900. The Dead Sea Scrolls date to around a century or so before the time of Christ and include many Old Testament manuscripts.
