You know what, aside from her infatuation with Doc Martin, Mrs. Tishell is a competent character. Villasanta, arresto in flagranza per rapina in farmacia. Sabato 2 marzo 2024, i Carabinieri della Compagnia di Monza hanno arrestato un 49enne di nazionalità italiana, residente in un comune della provincia, poiché ritenuto responsabile di una rapina consumata ai danni di una farmacia di Villasanta. L’uomo, travisato con una maschera allegorica, ha fatto irruzione nell’esercizio poco dopo la sua apertura mattutina e, minacciando le due farmaciste presenti con una pistola priva del tappo rosso – poi risultata finta – si è fatto consegnare l’incasso, un orologio indossato da una delle farmaciste e il denaro che la collega custodiva nella propria borsetta. Inoltre, ha prelevato dagli scaffali alcune scatole di medicinali, dandosi poi alla fuga. A seguito di richiesta pervenuta al numero d’emergenza 112, è stato immediatamente approntato un dispositivo di intervento che ha visto impiegate pattuglie della Sezione Radiomobile e delle Stazioni di Villasanta e dei Comuni confinanti, le quali, avvalendosi delle informazioni acquisite dalla Centrale Operativa, si sono poste alla ricerca del rapinatore lungo le ipotetiche vie di fuga dal luogo del delitto. Uno degli equipaggi operanti, giunto nei pressi della stazione ferroviaria di Villasanta, ha notato un uomo seduto su una panchina che, dapprima in apparente attesa di un treno, alla vista dei militari si è disfatto frettolosamente di un oggetto. Il gesto è stato notato dai Carabinieri che, in tale frangente, hanno notato un tatuaggio sul dorso di una mano descritto dalle vittime della rapina e hanno verificato che l’oggetto gettato era un orologio da donna. L’uomo, inoltre, aveva in mano una busta della farmacia appena rapinata, che, a seguito di un controllo, è risultata contenere il denaro rubato e i medicinali asportati dagli espositori. Successive indagini hanno consentito di ricostruire il percorso effettuato dalla persona fermata per raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria e, ripercorrendolo a ritroso, di rintracciare il simulacro di pistola nonché la maschera e un sopra-pantalone usati per il travisamento. L’acquisizione di filmati di videosorveglianza all’interno e all’esterno della farmacia ha pe rmesso, altresì, di documentare in modo preciso ogni fase della rapina e della successiva fuga, consentendo di dichiarare la persona in arresto. La pistola, la maschera e gli indumenti utilizzati per commettere il reato sono stati sequestrati, mentre la refurtiva è stata restituita alle persone offese. Espletate le formalità di rito, l’uomo, su disposizione del p.m. di turno della Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale di Monza, è stato tradotto presso la locale Casa circondariale. Il G.I.P., nel convalidare l’arresto, ha disposto a suo carico la custodia cautelare in carcere.
