Day 12 - Aine

The queen of dark creatures, singing their songs in the shadows of foliage and the depths of lakes, Aine is the personification of dark forces and gloomy omens. Her children, fairies, embody dark rock and the power and mysteriousness of nature, which frightens a person, they are can equally turn out to be a predatory rival to one who meet them, as well as gloomy, but supportive patrons in their wisdom and authority. In Celtic mythology, Aine is also the personification of the hot summer night, the donor of fertility, the patroness of herbalism and girlhood. Once condemned by a man in human form, she is a cruel avenger to anyone who is unfair to the female race, and equally capable of both giving and taking power from rulers and great warriors. The story of Aina is gloomy, but she is not without mercy and special gentleness, she is able to forgive and love, to be a bright guide among the darkness.

Her eyes are bright, like a misty sun, looking affectionately tired, a soft smile of bloodless lips. Dark fluffy hair flows down her shoulders, over a velvet warm cape trimmed with gold threads. She wears heavy earrings in a sign of her high kind and dignity, and on her head is a deathly pale crown of forest flowers, lit by a dark moon, like a halo in a sign of her divine, dark essence.

The second work done in digital, it was a great pleasure to work with her. I continue to get used to the tablet and experiment, and although the end result is very different from the original source, I am proud of it. I continue to work with color solutions, which is quite new to me, but interesting. Everything is great, thanks :)
