Bluestone National Park, Wales.
Another favourite on the kiddie scene. The best bit about this type of holiday is that everything you need is on site and so many activities to do whatever your age. Bluestone National Park is situated by amazing beaches in Pembrokeshire and this is definitely the benefit of this site over Centre Parcs (which is always the debate). The other benefit is you can hire golf buggies here as well as bikes to get the family around (and have some fun going 3mph on).
Loved nearby Tenby (pictured) as you can park close to the beach and lots of great cafes etc nearby. The Dennis Cafe on the beach was v old school and loved it!
Our little girl and her friend really enjoyed exploring the forests and loved the streams and cycling in the trailer. Went down into the woods where there was Camp Smokey fire and marshmallow roasting (cider for the parents) & what looked like great food. The rock pool area in the swimming pool was perfect for the little ones and then the sea is there if you fancy the outdoors instead!

Gothic Lodge in Pembrokeshire
Dreamy little cottage on the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast. Perfect spot to reach all of the best beaches in the area including Barafundle Bay (pictured) - voted one of the best beaches in the U.K. That is a short walk from National Trust car park to the beach so ensure you take a rucksack for the little one as on the cliff top. Totally worth the walk. Stunning. Decorated beautifully throughout and has a great cosy vibe about it with the woodburner etc.
The cottage is in land so you need a car but makes it better value.
Had a great evening off with the husband at nearby Stackpole Inn. Great local fish but must book even mid-week off season!
Booked this through Sawdays and their pictures didn’t do it justice (neither do ours!).
Sleeps 6 (2 doubles and one room with bunk beds).
