The last thing he could recall was doing his best to help Eleven protect her friend, the sheer and utter terror that had coursed through him at reencountering 001, and the struggle and then...nothing. Then Eleven shaking him awake, the motor humming as the van drove god knows where.

Eddie was snickering at how embarrassed Jonathan seemed. They were on the way to Family Video and he was ready go bug the shit out of Robin and Steve while they were on shift. They needed to go pick up a movie to watch while on their date, and Eddie had a brilliant idea for the two of them.

It was actually an idea from Argyle during one of their phone calls while high. "Why not get matching outfits?" the fellow stoner had suggested when Eddie lamented on not knowing what to get Jonathan for a holiday gift. The idea alone was stupid as hell, but he loved the idea as a gag.

So the very next day, he went to one of the few department stores he could tolerate, and snatched up two matching holiday sweaters that were just god awful. Christmas trees adorned with blinking lights and puffballs.

While Eddie hated it on its own merit, he delighted in presenting it to Jonathan and demanding that they wear them out. So here they were, strolling towards the video store, looking like jackasses, but Eddie was smug as hell. He knew he could rock anything he wore and had a blast with it.
