You'll be happy as i am when you can make an authentic pizza for your family. Everybody knows i love simple things and fresh herbs. The best ingredients gives the best taste and pleasure of dining. The only thing I've modified ever since I've learned it in Bologna is that I fill the crust with cheese or bolognese sauce or smoked frankfurters or ready to eat bacon.
