Replaying Fallout 3 (Again) and I don't know how I'm just noticing this (Maybe I have and I forgot, though) but why are the dialog options just [Normal] [Kinda mean]

inspiration for this verse. in this, arcade is still part of the enclave and may be one of the surviving members acknowledging what has happened. but has been manipulated by president eden's words. ( like that one woman you talk too over at raven rock. ) thinking he can help people and do more. to follow eden's own ideology. before the destruction of raven rock, arcade was one of the scientists/researchers there before probably getting promoted, perhaps gaining a title of doctor in later life ( or lieutenant. )

and as one of the surviving members of the enclave, arcade carries an essential part of president eden. to make the american dream come true.

the american dream will begin in new vegas, followed by a certain chip if he manages to get his hands on it. ( and maybe this courier will lead him to that certain chip. )
