Totally get how you feel, girl. If you're not comfortable on tumblr don't worry about it. I honestly don't know how people post on so many social media!! Do what you want to. I'm still a big fan and love seeing your stuff! Only because I'm not good a twitter yet... It’s such a strange feeling. I think I’ve become spoiled with the ease and accessibility from both twitter and instagram; plus I can easily reach the people that share common interests with me on either platform, whereas I just feel like a stranger here. Having said that, I feel like I’m being unfair to the people who do exclusively follow me here. I’m having a crisis, it seems. I do appreciate your constant support of my work! You’ve been terrific since the day we crossed paths back at Nashicon 2014! ♥ lionheartedrebel pretty much echoing the others - do what you're comfortable with but holy shit do i get where you're coming from wrt not feeling comfortable posting around here because most of my fandoms (when i do end up doing fanart on the rare occasion) aren't popular. i need to pop on twitter more often for fgc shenanigans but yeh. do what you feel is right! Drawing fanart of fighting games that aren’t Street Fighter can be tough. My Tekken material got decent traction, but of course it’s just a drop compared to the popular fandoms, hahaha. I favour twitter a lot more because it just seems there’s more fgc presence there. I would like to continue using tumblr, but I just don’t know what I can do to make it work for me. atomiceclipse I still like seeing it here and I can rebagel it, but do what you feel you need to do. I'll just sign onto instagram to stare at your doodles. Thank you! I am having a bit of a personal dilemma...I’m more willing to make deviantArt work for me. Fucking deviantArt! So why am I ready to throw my arms up with this site? I’ll figure this out. I’m sure the answer will come. faithcosplay You can try taking a break from Tumblr. If after a while you crave it you can always come back, and if you don't it just means it wasnt meant to be. Keeping an account on several platforms can be very challenging. This may not be a bad idea. That way, I can take the time to focus on the social media sites that *do* work for me, and if I’m not feeling inspired to continue here, then I’ll say as such. It is a lot of work to keep up with all these platforms, and I know which ones are working for me better than others. Having said that, I don’t want to just up and leave this behind since I know there are people who only follow me here. I don’t like feeling like such an outsider, but sometimes I feel like you get punished if you’re not popular/into a popular fandom. Kinda like real life, I guess. The number of notes don’t really matter to me; I know I’m a niche nobody here, and I do appreciate those of you who actually like my work, hahaha. I think I may take a break from here (though I will still be on twitter, ofc), in hopes of coming up with a solution of making this site work for me. henshinanigans I think your art is great!
