Do I think Willow had a bit of a crush on Buffy in the early seasons?

Also yes.

Do I think Buffy, who had never had an erotic thought about Willow in her life up until that point, had some...interesting dreams and thoughts after they fought in Season 6?

...also yes. Just a little bit.
