I don't usually share my failtopia headcanons but. thinking a lot about the idea that maybe Erica didn't get close to anyone because she feared they would die on her but Bo also avoided getting truly personal with anyone knowing that, as a ghost, she would live eons longer than them, and like 70 years post failtopia Erica would die in Bo's arms in their home, but she would now still have to live countless more centuries forever without the one person she allowed herself to get close to

Hi, hope you've been having a good day! Any more general Failtopia headcanons you'd like to share?
A lot of the characters are nonhuman, but some of them are... well, less human than you'd think. Failboat and Friend are prime examples.
There's an ongoing bet to find out if C!Fail is straight or not. The betting pool is sitting at 600 gold. It has yet to come to a conclusion.
If she had a phone, Shrimp would be an absolute GOD at Project Sekai (she can full combo Intense Vocie of Hatsune Miku on Master). She introduces vocaloid to Big Bill and he gets really into it, especially listening to Deco*27.
Deko is a true crime enjoyer.
Chi occasionally plans date nights with Lanc. These range from a nice dinner to a board game night to a bank robbery. Lanc is 100% okay with all of this.
Erica just... refuses to get her glasses fixed. She'd rather squint at a sign in the distance than get a new prescription.
Do NOT trust ANY of these people behind the wheel of a car. They're all horrible drivers in different ways - Chi goes consistently 10 over the speed limit, Erica gets barely-contained road rage, Orion refuses to use directions, you get the idea.

Failtopia Headcanons 2
Title says it all. Gonna say now that this list is a mix of serious and non-serious ideas, plus a few ideas for post-S2. Shared a lot of these with one of my mutuals, but I figured I'd share more with all of y'all. Enjoy!
While all fitting for warriors of some kind, there are a few minor specific differences in Erica, Orion, and Bob's starter gear. (Ex. Orion's armor is more well-kept and matching, since he was part of the royal guard. Meanwhile, Erica's is more worn down and mismatched since she at this point doesn't know how to maintain it and likely bought it on a budget from how much of a spur-of-the-moment decision it was.)
Bo's weird floating hands are more akin to an incorporeal extra pair to grab otherwise untouchable objects and interact with other undeads. Essentially, that one D&D ability, Mage Hand.
Due to being part fish, Shrimp is more heat sensitive than the rest of the cast. Neksdor would hypothetically be tough but doable, while Karkaton or the Powdered Peaks would be almost impossible if traversing alone. Luckily, she's not :D
Orion takes Slapo out trick-or-treating with whatever costumes she wants, so long as they're appropriate. One year, she was a brick. After S2, Chat and Petunyawn go, too with C!Failboat accompanying the latter.
Erica spent weeks after Bo's transformation into a vampire trying to raise her defense so her partner wouldn't have to stress over piercing her flesh while kissing and accidentally turning her into an undead.
Mar has an alcohol tolerance higher than any other living thing, being a demon, and thus has never been intoxicated. Still, he does his best to cure whatever hangovers may the others have with only the finest recipes he knows; if there's one thing he was passionate about since the start of his redemption arc, it's food.
Erica and C!Failboat remain close friends as, despite their less than ideal relationship in S1, Fail was Erica's first true friend after her string of terrible parties, and similarly, Erica was one of the first people that made him consider as more than a character—a real person, with struggles and emotions—that made him try taking his job seriously.
Deko now lives a quiet life in an off-the-map village somewhere in the Fey Realm. He works as a scout, finally able to live out his wish to help protect a community without fighting gods or being stuck in an overly tight demon suit. He also makes sketches and edgy poetry in his free time.
Chi celebrated her 21st birthday with a bowl of whiskey-flavored ice cream but, surprisingly, never felt any ill effects besides slight dizziness and a sugar crash.
Part of Piranhyawn being a terrible boyfriend comes simply from his species not requiring two individuals to mate, with both he and his daughter being a product of budding. (Note: not a justification, only an explanation)
Lanc was forced to learn how to play piano from their royal background—however, they dropped it and now play the accordion in their off time. Chi, of course, loves it.
C!Failboat actually does own some other clothes besides the cat onesie: a single white anchor-patterned button-up with jeans and tennis shoes, plus a full-on captain's uniform for some reason. He only wears it when the cat suit's in the wash.
While they haven't met yet, I'm certain Slapo and Purple Shep would get along perfectly.
I'm not sure if post-game can even be considered canon anymore, but the Deltarune fan song Megalo Clamour plays in Spamtang's head when he fights. Like the canon character's theme, but slightly more put-together and malicious.
Erica's actually more skilled with a spear than a sword, but only learns how to use it after the finale due to getting more free time to perfect her fighting style.
Chi has an excellent singing voice. Nobody knows why, not even Chi herself.
And that's all for now! Might do a part 3, but thank you for reading.

Random Failtopia thoughts
(Some of these are new, some of these are not, most aren't canon)
"Pyrotechnic" is a perfectly viable ship name for Lanchi.
Orion struggled to differentiate between Slapo's autism and Shrimp's ADHD, hence the brick for a gift.
Bill being the Cat class initially is never explained, but we know he met Chat right before his first onscreen appearance, and they're obsessed with a man in the Cat class, so the dots connect for it to be Chat who convinced Bill to take up the class.
Chi's illiteracy in S1 probably means she didn't know how to spell anyone's name, especially Pirahnyawn's.
Not one person ever questions the massive circles, grey skin, and complete lack of eye contact that make up Bo's face, because Miitopia faces are usually that fucked-up.
The reason the Dark Lord needed a ghost specifically to assassinate Mar was because the Chef himself is a ghost (Dark Curse), and only a ghost can kill another ghost.
Erica studies anatomy regularly in S2, which means she knows that a regular person begins dying at 25, her current age, so it's no wonder she always has death on her mind.
Bo and Rose being immediate family is impossible, but Rose being a descendant of Bo is not, under the assumption that despite not having children herself, Bo's bloodline didn't die with her.
The only three characters to have a canonical dynamic with Slapo are Orion, Mar, and Bo.
All we know about Chat's backstory is that they came from the Otherworld, and are obsessed with Failboat. The only big thing Failboat did in the Otherworld was the S1 final boss fight, which ended in a huge explosion. It's entirely possible that this explosion is what disrupted the Otherworld faces, to the point they formed Chat.
Erica likes to cut things short, but when she's around Bo, she keeps launching into long rambles about how great she is. These are the only times she feels like she can let her thoughts loose, since Bo did just that in the greenhouse by revealing her darkest secret.
On a similar note, Erica's past keeps being thrown back in her face, while Bo can never get her past back, no matter how hard she tries.
Due to Zone having both pink and black appearances, there may or may not be two Zones. That, or Friend's a good enough hat maker to alter Zone's colouring themselves. Considering her passion for his clothing, it's probably the latter.
Were it not for the S2 Greenhorne Arc, Hank would probably have a similar amount of screentime to Slapo.
Marion is a semi-canon ship, by the definition of one party canonically having romantic feelings toward the other, but whether Orion returns Mar's feelings is made comedically unclear.
Chi has inconsistent opinions on spicy food throughout the series, maybe because her fire obsession gets to the point that she has extremely high standards for what's spicy enough.
Rose holds her fan in the specific way she does to hide the mole on her face, something she's grown to hate because it sets her apart from the image of Rosalina.
"Deko" is not his real name, he was probably given Izuku Midoriya at birth, but his new name had to come from somewhere. That place may have been the lab where he was experimented on. The project name may have been along the lines of "DEK-0".
The lab experiment thing also makes it really funny that the only two people he really bonds with are the Scientists of the series.
Shrimp's in-universe fandom could very well be toxic. There are definitely people who are a little too interested in finding out where that 'mysterious' chip on her tooth came from.
Bill is the only character who consistently calls out Chat for their reckless behaviour. In other words, he's the one who moderates Chat.
If Kronkui didn't control who joined the team, TFFM would be down six members (Bob, Smuk, Deko, Rose, Yawn, Joker). TI, on the other hand, would only be down three members (Orion, Failboat, Chat).
Chi gets very protective when enemies are close to her allies in S1, and in parallel, Erica gets very protective when enemies are close to her allies in S2, especially if that ally is Chi.
Despite Failica being everything that they aren't, the first ship ever concocted in Failtopia was Smukle Bob.

YIPPEEEEEE!! :)
How I Feel About This Character
I LOVE THEM!!!! He’s such a good character and is definitely one of the better written ones this series has to offer!! Them being one of the people that hold the team together, alongside their ties to Lee.. AGHHHH!! Them being one of the only canonically religious characters too is a fun take! (even if it is just her worshipping Kronkui)
PLUS THE HEADCANONS!!! I love the semi-common hc of him being an immortal shapeshifting angel!! (also they’re canonically genderfluid! common Failtopia W)
All The People I Ship Romantically With This Character
I headcanon Friend as aromantic, so I don’t really ship anything romantically with them,, BUT! Any time I see someone that does, it’s almost always really cool!! They’re good examples of how fun it is to see certain dynamics play out!
My Non-Romantic OTP For This Character
Friend, Orion, and Mar is a great trio to me (and ofc, them + Shrimp as well!) I also like them and Bo!! I imagine The Incident all as a huge found family after S2, so any content with all of them together is always amazing to see! :D
My Unpopular Opinion About This Character
I DON’T THINK THEY SHOULD’VE KEPT SHIP AND ZONE IN THE FINALE. I just kinda. don’t like that hat/staff,, I get why they’re there but I kinda wish that Friend’s arc ended with them moving on from Lee completely….. maybe in S3 :0
One Thing I Wished Would Happen/Had Happened With This Character In Canon
I knew it wasn’t gonna happen even back then, but I needed to see Friend go off and call Hank out on how awful he is.. kinda goes with the last point as well.. I just think it would be cool to see more of Friend being a girlboss without his influence at all, idk lol

Failtopia Chat Headcanons
- Chat can enter Failboat's head at free will but they got to leave their body. The Same thing with Failboat. (Their body is kinda like what happens to someone astral projecting.)
- Chat's true form is a bunch of eyes.
-They like to hide in the shadows, usually in their true forms, and scare people.
- Chat's eyes and pupils turn in to hearts when they see something they like ( when the live chat starts spamming ). Example: Gex and the jingling keys
- They can make eyes/faces appear and dissapear on there body anytime. They normally do this so they can eat and drink.
- Chat has a Gex shrine in the basement of their and Failboat's house ( the house belongs to Failboat, Chat are just free loaders )

That’s all understandable! I like that Dan was able to come up with a fun way to celebrate his channel’s history! All I really wished for is that it was fit into the previously established lore a little better. A huge reason C!Fail was added to the story definitely because Chat wanted it, and it kinda shows with all the fan service he got lol. People were just a bit bummed out that Mar was completely sidelined in his story/redemption arc
C!Failboat being a bad leader though is just a huge headcanon that makes quite a bit of sense, considering that
In stuff like Animal Crossing, C!Fail’s self centered behaviors there are directly acknowledged and called out on
The FailFleet Miis in general were not the nicest team to each other, especially characters like Rose and Pirahnyawn. Bob’s shant in S1 as well is proof that by the Finale, everyone was pretty sick of C!Fail’s shenanigans. Some people just love TFFM being a toxic party, and the idea of C!Fail being a bad leader fuels that!
The fans sorta just took the idea of C!Fail not being good at leadership not because of his job being higher DPS, but because it has more story potential and fit his personality at the time! I don’t think anyone has any legitimate hatred towards Dan or seriously complain about it either. And like you said, Mar isn’t a flawless leader, by any means! He was the Dark Curse for a reason!
Sometimes people do admittedly forget it’s Just A Miitopia Lets Play (me included), but with the amount of effort that Daniel puts into keeping lore consistent and cutscenes, it can be kinda hard to not have a bit of expectations for S3 (whenever that is) especially with how much Dan has planned ahead for the series! But when new Failtopia stuff does happen, I don’t think this fandom should expect a cinematic masterpiece. Like you said, it is mostly improv!
"why is all mii-fail take up so much the plot where the other character are much more interesting about him?" Just a theory and analysis of mine but it feels like fail-mii was mostly brought back because the joke of "haha failboat is in cat suit let's call him a furry!" Was still present at the time was more of just giving and submitting to demand of the many (a common theme is this plot) but then it became the anniversary of the channel and then plot became a balancing act of celebrating failboat history and doing the miitopia storyline at the same time!
Also complaints about him being a bad leader? Which one, miitopia doesn't give the main Mii points to be the leader from a gameplay aspect and plot-wise they mostly just say the obvious answer and the rest go along with it. And two he's only competition is a character who's a healer that objective more supportive to the team than a solely DPS character like the cat
it feels like we're all forgetting this is all just "I'm gonna make some Mii and improv the rest" the series and expect the depth a full on studio ghibli production

How I picture each member of the Incident reacts to falling ill:
Mar: Apathetic as per usual, basically decides, "it be like that." Orion takes over as the team's second-in-command.
Orion: Tries briefly to go out anyway, but eventually lets the others talk him into taking it easy. Still, he may do other stuff around the inn like cleaning if he considers himself in good enough condition. If someone else can head the party, Mar might stay at the inn to keep him company.
Shrimp: Lots of gaming/ reading in bed. I could see Big Bill and Chi each doing different things to cheer her up. Plus, maybe Orion reads her an old story that he told Slapo.
Friend: Realistically, probably can't actually get sick on account of their maybe-divine nature, but oddly, I feel like that'd bring everyone else on the team together to try helping them. If Orion can't heal them as a flower, maybe Erica tries using some of her standard first aid.
Failboat: Disappointed, but accepts the circumstances as long as Chat doesn't try spreading mayo on his head to cure it. *Might* take off the cat suit, but nobody ever sees it.
Erica: Quieter, but twice as irritable and stays shut in her room. Would most definitely try tanking whatever sickness beforehand, being more stubborn than Orion. Still, Bo coaxes her to take the day off for both of their sakes.
Chi: Sleeps in a lot, but enjoys company from pretty much anyone else in the team and asks about the party's latest exploits.
Big Bill: Same as Orion, but replace Mar with Shrimp.
Bo: I don't know if undeads can get sick, but I somehow get the vibe she'd be extremely hesitant to actually ask for help while bedridden. Erica swears to stay by her side anyway, though.
Chat: Again, not sure if they'd be physically able to, but as I interpret them as some unholy collection of human spirits trapped in AI voices and machinery, I could see them just screaming old dial-up sound effects while Failboat works with Chi to fix them. She might not be the best with tech, but she's the only scientist on the team.

Hello!! If you’re ok with sharing, do you have any specific headcanons you really like for the Failtopia cast? :0
Hey there! Thanks for the ask, I hope you're doing well! Now, in no particular order:
1. Since I interpret Erica's glasses being damaged between seasons as her outlook on life becoming bleaker, I like to think post-finale she gets a new pair to show her healing again.
2. Chat speaks with hundreds of text-to-speech voices at once to make some kind of mechanical eldritch hivemind. Sometimes, one or two of the voices lag behind, though, and say something *slightly* different.
3. A lot of Lanc's old science equipment was passed down to Chi later on, be it given to her personally or mailed in. The ketchup bottle, especially.
4. Spamtang joining the party while being on the run from authorities for tax fraud... and false advertisement... and probably a lot worse, too.
5. Bo isn't *quite* a full vampire, but rather a dhampir whose vampiric(?) traits only showed up after she reached a certain level of power, maturity, and inner stability. Her bond with Erica likely had something to do with it.
6. The two cars purchased by Erica and Orion at different points *are* used often, just by the rest of the cast while the story only focuses on a select 4 members of the Incident with Void.
7. Smuk's still doing well after Season 1, just out running a hole-in-the-wall restaurant in some peaceful marsh. Simple Bob sometimes comes in to see him.
8. Shrimp looks up to all of the team for various reasons, but her closest ties are with Orion and Chi for their father-figure and fun-older-sibling vibes, respectively.

Destructive
Erica and Chi probably have my favourite dynamic in the entire Failtopia series. If not, they're definitely my favourite platonic dynamic. I'm legally obligated to think about them at least once per day, and today's thought was detailed enough for a post. Here it is:
Chi is incredibly destructive. She's an arsonist, a pyromaniac, a Mage, every other synonym for being a fire enjoyer that you can think of, it's impossible for her not to be. But she always destroys for the purpose of building something up.
Most often, she uses her fire magic to build up her own levels, exploring her own hobbies in a way that actually helps people because of the faces being saved, or simply getting the monsters away from her friends, strengthening their bonds. This results in her saving the world with The FailFleet Miis. Even her arson spree during the Three-Year Gap serves similar purposes, and breaking into the high school kickstarts her scientific career, which ends up saving the entire world again with The Incident! Whether she's burning down entire inns, or ingesting several gallons of gasoline and a whole tube of vaseline, she only destroys as a learning experience for creation. An experiment, one might say.
Erica, however, is only trying to create, in her time with The FailFleet Miis. She's seen enough destruction in the colossal failures of her previous parties, and once she realises this team has some potential, she refuses to let them fall because of stupid battle strategies, she can't handle any more of that. Her dedication to making sure the team doesn't die out, as well as her ability to create functioning strategies, are unmatched. She even creates a couple friendships, a couple bonds of trust she can use to further her own effectiveness as a member of the team, and carry them through to the end!
Then, they reach the end. A large majority of those bonds of trust are broken into pieces, and she falls into another cycle of watching every team she joins collapse to the floor because she couldn't do anything to help them. Building herself up as a worthy teammate may have helped save the world, but it all came crashing down once The FailFleet Miis inevitably broke apart. What she built herself up as is all her new teammates ever saw her as. She wasn't a person to trust, she was a world-class healer they trusted to keep them safe.
Destruction was the only way to let herself shine. At least then, your actual personality made an impact on people, not just your talents. And the impact wasn't failure.
In her switch to the Warrior class, she doesn't intend on building up anything, she just wants to do something without being weighed down by her healing responsibility for once.
Chi is someone who does not worry about her responsibilities in the slightest, she does what's best for her goals, and she pushes right through the blatant dangers to get there. Due to being "the antithesis of anatomy", none of this is capable of truly harming her - And she still recognises that the path Erica took wasn't good for her in the slightest. Erica is falsely building herself up as a destructor, and despite her constant barrage of threats, the only thing she's destroying is herself.
So, in response to this, Chi does exactly what she always does. Destroys as a form of creation.
She constantly teams up with Erica to defeat the monsters, and breaks down the image she's putting up by rooming with her at most times and dragging her to a ton of Outings. She helps Erica express herself in a way that takes advantage of her skills, rather than neglecting them for voicing every violent thought going through her head. Chi knows Erica has no intention of breaking apart the team, like she keeps saying. Chi knows Erica wants this team to work out, and finally prove that it's even possible to make that happen, while still allowing herself to exist as a person, and a carrier of the team.
Erica knows Chi is already proving that. Her Scientist abilities are the backbone of the entire operation in Neksdor, and she still refuses to hide her intentions for even a second. She can take a page from that.
During the Neksdor arc, Erica loses her weapon to an enemy, immediately proclaims she doesn't need it, and kills said enemy in one hit with her bare hands. She also watches the entire team get knocked to the floor, akin to the deaths of her previous teams, but she weaponises her anguished emotions in by riding atop Void, murdering the painting, and winning the fight on around 5 HP. In the series finale, she gets so angry at Chi being knocked out, that she attacks four times in a row and kills the literal right hand of a god.
This is how Erica releases her emotions through destruction, and still build herself up as a real person with motivations. Motivations like carrying the team to functionality, fighting alongside those she actually properly cares about, and starting to kill when those loved ones are in harm's way. All of which are reminiscent of Chi's style of battling for the sake of friendship, and proving her talents.
Chi made a dumbass decision, joining another genocidal-demon-fighting team just because she saw someone she used to look up to struggling with their mental health, but she made a lot of good come out of that dumbass decision. As is her right, when she is in fact the person who began her science career by breaking into a high school.

Failtopia Full Name Headcanons
Canon Kind Of Canon Made The Fuck Up Secret Additional Option
Daniel Failboat Robert "Simple Bob" Thompson Smuk Nightwerke Erica Claire / Erica Terra DEK-0, formerly Izuku Midoriya Chin "Chi" Kid Lanc Caurde Rose Alina Pirahnyawn Ren "Joker" Amamiya Mar Marr Orion Oopsie Friend Shrimp Gill Bo Chat Failboat William "Big Bill" Gargan
Explanations below the cut:
I've heard that Daniel Failboat is what C!Fail's canon name is, but it's never mentioned in Failtopia specifically, and he's never once called Daniel, but I'll roll with it
Bob should have a basic-ass surname, I think Thompson fits
Nightwerke is a combination of "Dreamworks", because Shrek, and "nightmare", because dreams, and misspelled to match with Smuk
Erica Claire is the name she has in FHBM, but before that, I came up with Erica Terra, for a similar thematic reason. Claire is based off "Erica Clerica", and Terra is based off "Erica Terrorca"
DEK-0 is a headcanon I've mentioned before, that he got his new name from his experiment label. As for the Midoriya thing, that would logically have to have been his name, though it's never stated
Her full name is Chin Kid, and she goes by Chi, that much is entirely canon, though it isn't clear if "Kid" is a surname, or an extension of her first name
Caurde is based off of Kaard, a Deltarune surname (though unrelated to Lancer). Both are intentional misspellings of "card." I did not come up with this one
Rose Alina sounds like Rosalina. That's why everyone makes the mistake. I also did not come up with this one
Petunyawn having the "yawn" naming convention implies that the Yawn family doesn't have an actual surname, it's just an extension of their first
Same as with Deko but even moreso, this is just what would logically be the case in the lore
It's like Mario Mario, is the joke. I didn't come up with the idea, but I did add the second r myself
Literally just canon, I have nothing to add
I mean, that is what we know of their name in canon. We don't know if she has a surname, my headcanon is that he doesn't
Again, literally in the text of the series
Same as with Friend, but I do like to headcanon that she eventually takes Erica's surname, whatever it is
If we roll with the idea that Failboat is C!Fail's surname, and that he adopts Chat, this is what would happen. But neither of those are fully canon, as far as I'm aware, and this obviously isn't either
Gargan is based off the word "gargantuan". Because he's big
For most the characters I headcanon as trans, I guess they should technically have deadnames, but I'm not too fond of coming up with them, so I just won't

Failtopia TMA Entities
I've had The Magnus Archives on the brain for a while now (im only at episode 152 please no spoilers), but I've been thinking, and here's the Fears that I would assign to Failtopia characters, plus a few explanations and thoughts! I don't have all of them, so if you think of some, please let me know!
C!Fail: The Web. c'mon. you saw this coming. he's the Puppet Of The Universe guy. of course he serves the Mother of Puppets. Alternatively, he could be marked by the Lonely.
Erica: The Slaughter. I support women's wrongs
Simple Bob: The Hunt. demon hunting, you know
Bo: The Lonely. It's mostly vibes here, but I think it fits!
Rose: The Corruption. I was thinking the Vast for the space vibes, but thematically, the one that has unhealthy love and relationships in its domain probably makes more sense.
Chi: The Spiral. I was thinking of the Desolation because, you know, fire, but she's more into the good aspects of fire and the Desolation is all about the bad parts. Also, the Spiral works well with all the absolute insanity she has going on.
Friend: The Stranger. Granted, I'm playing off my own headcanons here, but I think that the identity aspect of it works just as well as the shapeshifting parts. The religious aspect does make me think of the Dark, but nothing else about it really works, so... yeah. The Web could also work for them, though!
Chat: The Spiral. I shouldn't have to explain this one
Big Bill: The Flesh. Jared Hopworth (Flesh avatar) is canonically jacked and I think that's all you need to know.
That's all I have for now, but I will make another post if I think of any more!

Failtopia Age Headcanons
It's my birthday today, so I thought I'd post a little something along those lines to celebrate. I would do birthday headcanons for everyone, but those are really hard to come up with, so I'll go for something I can come up with in, like, ten seconds instead.
Specificially because the entirety of The Incident has a canon age range in S2, if not an actual age, such as Failboat (23/26), Erica (22/25), Chi (15/18), Bill (18), Shrimp (14), and Chat (mentally 12).
Aside from that, let's go down the list, in the usual order:
Simple Bob reads as a little older than Fail or Erica to me, but still not quite at his 30s, so I'll go with 28. Same with Smuk, but not to the same degree, so let's say 26.
Deko is 16, only slightly older than Chi, and Lanc is 15, the same as her, ties into how Deko wants to seem older and more mature than them, but is actually on pretty much the same level.
Rose is 23, about the same age as Erica, but similar to Deko, a single year up on her that she can brag about.
Pirahnyawn is complicated, because of everything Daniel Failboat said in post-game about plants aging faster, and how he's actually an old man on his deathbed after the timeskip, but I'm just going to assume that's not canon yet, and that the timeskip where he's on his deathbed is a more reasonable gap, but plants should still age differently to account for Petunyawn, so. I don't know. How about, plants age way faster for their first few years of life, but age at a human pace after that? So, he's been alive for around 22 years, but his actual age is around 28. Yeah, that makes enough sense.
Joker's age in Persona 5 is 16, and he should probably be about the same age as Deko, so I'll just stick with that.
We know Mar is mentally in his 40s, but I'll stick with 40 itself for my headcanons, because I don't see him as being that much older than the rest of the adults, but not that much younger than Orion either.
And speaking of, we know Orion's in his 50s or 60s, but I think I'll stick with 51 specifically. This is the only age I actually tried to calculate, to some degree - Slapo is seven years old, and is Orion's biological daughter, which means he isn't likely to be any older than his early fifties, in order for that to even be possible. Assuming his wife was around his age, she couldn't have had Slapo later than, like, 43, so add seven or eight to that, and you may have Orion's age.
In my personal opinion, Friend's been alive for around two hundred years, but for a specific number, I'll go with 243, first number that popped into my head. They're definitely not keeping count, though.
Another personal opinion of mine is that Bo has been "alive" for around three hundred years. For the numbers, she's physically 339, and mentally 25, with 314 years between her death and rebirth.
And that's the list, I think. Feel free to reblog with thoughts of your own, if you so wish!

A Failtopia Crackship Yapping Session
Okay, it is highly unlike me to do, and also, I guess the FIRST time I've ever posted anything like this on Tumblr, but I would like to share this concept with the Failtopia fandom: Eribo with queerplatonic C!Failica—also known as:
EriBoat.
Now, before I get into why I think this ship could work, I would like to say I'm NOT shipping the content creator Daniel himself, only the in-universe character who's a walking disaster zone of a man in a cat onesie. However, even if you still don't agree with this concept, please don't come after me. Now, onto the analysis.
I won't go into detail about why Erica and Bo work together well as a couple, as that's been a popular ship since I think when season two ended. I will, though, go briefly over Failica as a ship. From what I could gather from looking at the fanbase and the old season one streams, C!Fail and Erica were paired together mainly for being two of the more sane members of the Failfleet Miis, as well as C!Fail playing a prominent role in helping the then-cleric open up and learn to depend on other people. And while certainly he wasn't the best team leader overall, I could certainly see his confidence and optimism helping her trust others and find a true place in the team. Season two sets this dynamic back, of course; Failboat's misadventures at Denny's Island and other worlds and Erica's stress piling from years serving as a healer sets them up as both struggling to bond with people in general. Nevertheless, I do believe that by the finale, their bond was just as strong, if not stronger, from these struggles. C!Fail atones for his mistakes both by being humbled from the cat suit and, more crucially, giving the reins to Mar as team leader, letting someone more qualified make the big decisions. Similarly, Erica's able to let go of her past, once again finds her place in the team, and finds her poor relationship with life and death quelled by a new relationship with a certain vampire. Speaking of which...
Now would probably be a good time to mention how Bo and C!Fail would interact in this ship. Unfortunately, I'm still not finished watching post-game for season two, so I don't believe there's much to go off of in canon. Although, as mentioned above, Bo was instrumental in helping Erica get over her issues with the deaths of her previous parties. And, going by the popular headcanon that many share of C!Failboat having both caused and felt the impact of destruction, I'd argue it makes perfect sense that Bo could help him in a similar way.
But, of course, there remains one question—would Eribo be open to letting Fail into their relationship, even if not quite romantically? I'd say so. While it's unlikely he necessarily be part of everything the other two do, I could see them letting him in on some date nights. After all, Erica's known the guy at this point for quite some time, and I feel Bo would both trust Erica enough to welcome in another partner and allow someone else who's Been Through It™️ to find solace. In turn, C!Fail, for everything he's seen and done, accepts this with open arms. He's never had a partner before, and I also see it as highly probable that he sees himself as bad luck from the sheer number of enemies he's made. So, tagging along with a trusted companion and her ghost girlfriend would let him experience affection from, for lack of a better phrase, a safer distance.
Thank you for hearing me out on this idea. I spent FAR too long typing this post, lmao.
