i have analysed based on a few categories - music, lyrics, aesthetics and choreography

music - based on music, beat, rhythm, instruments used lyrics - analysis on lyrics, nuances, messages conveyed aesthetics - aesthetics of the music video/film, theories choreography - dance moves, key points of dances, formations

this is the updates and wips page. updates are those that i have already completed and are scheduled. wips are the works that i have in progress. i may work on several pieces at the same time.

finally seeing BTS live for the first time is definitely an experience

istg the hype around me was so overwhelming, it was a mass karaoke session, everyone seeing along and doing the fanchants, im proud to be finally experience it

the energy that you see for yourself is so powerful and those dance moves and those notes aHHHH

seeing them perform 피땀���물, ��날, a mashup of 상남자, danger and run and then a glimpse of 쩔어, ahHHH i was at a loss of words of how good they are live

anyway, im having post concert depression now even though it’s not exactly a concert but, until now i can’t believe that i saw them live ahHH

it’s an experience i won’t forget and perhaps when they have a tour again i would get tickets for them 💖

What are you currently doing now? 

i am currently working part-time while doing university/college

What is the reason behind your url?

long story short, this was meant to be my personal blog which at that time had nothing to do with any kpop or any fandom, it a mess of aesthetics and a large teenage phase. but moving on to actually being dragged to the pits of bts and big bang ( before ), i decided to make this blog into my fandom blog as well

so basically i wanted some alliteration since it sounded cool and so i chose flak = criticism and foray = a quick, sudden attack and here comes the birth of my url and somehow it grew on me, but no worries, this blog is mainly bts now. i doubt i plan on changing this url at all lmao

How long have you been stanning BTS?

since 2015 before their HYYH pt. 2 series, around sept-oct! i would have gotten into them earlier but because i do not listen to kpop in the earlier years, i didnt! i got in because of big bang and then found out about bts as they both had song titles called 쩔어

i am also part of the official fanclub, army 3기-4기 II !

Will you be having a master list for your fic recs?

as of now, some of you have requested for one, however, since i do these fic recs on a more than weekly-basis, it'll be tiring for me to consistently update the fic rec masterlist if i have one, not to mention that url of some writers may change over time or may be deactivated.

okay, for some writers who i may have spoken to, i may know what happen but usually i dont when you send me an ask! sometimes you cant find them because they may have changed url or deactivated but i myself am not too sure so i cannot give a definitive answer! ill answer accordingly to the asks given.

‘i cant seem to find the fic that you have recommended, do you know wheres the link?’

usually, i just link the writer’s blog inside who commonly have their masterlists out, but for some they do not! however, if you cannot find the fic, chances are the writer has switched urls or deactivated!

‘i need some help finding this fic, can you please help me out?’

sure i can help out, just send me an ask and a short excerpt of it! chances are that i might have read it but i may not remember the title or writers clearly. if i could remember, i will let you know!
