character who is sun-coded but not in the traditional ray-of-sunshine way. character who is sun-coded in the sense that they burn hot and bright and powerful, that they're a raging fury of fire and passion, and that maybe, just maybe, they are destroying themselves as they do so.

the thing about phaze rider is that he wants to be the "bad boy" stereotype sooooo badly.

HOWEVER:

first of all, he has an office job.

and a committed and loving boyfriend that he is absolutely smitten with.

and his boyfriend is raising a teenager, so eventually phaze will probably start learning to parent said teenager, even if he is the "mostly hands-off"/easygoing parent.

and he doesn't even own any leather jackets. like, at ALL.

and he likes going home and laying in bed.

phaze is also in the human equivalent of his early 40's, but his actual age is more like in his early 80's. he's not OLD yet, but he doesn't relate to The Youths (electrodendra's interests usually confuse him- less than faera, but still...) and his knees and back ache.

Rinnaaaa... How do you fight writing block? I'm currently struggling with one and all I want is to write again :"[[

ahhh im so sorry to hear that!!! *throwing rocks at the writer's block clouds*

for me, if i absolutely have to get it done, then i write down the parts that im most excited for first! or just tiny scenes that i can envision perfectly, it doesn't matter if it's all scrambly thoughts or not too coherent, i find just getting some progress down really motivates me!

if im writing fluff, then id pull out some shoujo anime/manga! devouring them just gives me motivation hehe

also music!! listening to the right mood of music usually helps me start getting a flow for words back haha

also also sometimes ill pull up my old writing and see what i can learn from my past self! im my biggest hater, so scrutinising past rinna for writing things so awkwardly will ironically make me want to make better writing hahaha
