Thanks to Snow Samuel and Alliance for allowing me to cross train at your gym. Thanks to Fight 2 Win for an awesome event and the biggest party in grappling. Thank you to my opponent, multiple time World Champion, Ivaniel Oliveira for a great fight. Thank you to all of the referees, judges, fight commentators, coaches, fighters and athletes, who took the time to personally apologize for the awful decision of the other 2 referees and judges. When it comes to sports, especially fight sports sometimes the biased referees and judges make bad calls. You have to expect that if you are an athlete. It's the reality of any sport. My opponent was 0-3 in take downs and had 2 failed leg lock attempts. I had 2 failed Lion Killer Choke attempts and 1 failed leg lock attempt. I dominated the entire fight but apparently 2 unsuccessful leg lock attempts trumped 90% of the match. Normally, only a [successful] submission trumps everything but now any submission attempt, no matter how unsuccessful wins you the fight. Roll with the punches. Back to training. See you on the mat!
