I've drawn Snow/Panchi so many times that I was struggling to pick what to draw as my new icon-afksnfksk And then I decided to go with one of my favorite silly little aus I have for the both of them! Also bc I just really wanted to draw Snoad (Snow toad) again. Just look at this silly thing

Not a thought in that head! But yeah-afksnfkdj It's a pretty straightforward au! My s/i is a prince. Snow is someone who got toad cursed. Kiss kiss makes everything better and happily ever after! There's a little more to it (ex. Panchi still has that scar on their chest/back from C.aius but the circumstances and timing of it are very different) but that's the most important parts! Ribbit ribbit! <3

You’re lying curled up on the couch, head tucked in by their legs where they sit reading a book. Their hand comes to rest on your back, fingers slowly tracing patterns, back and forth. Your whole body relaxes as your mind calms, and the world narrows down to two things: their presence just above your head, and the distant soft static of sleep.

It’s safe here, with them. Safe in a way you never imagined you’d feel. Safe in a way you never found in the lonely uncertainty of falling asleep in an empty apartment. Beyond their steady hand on your back, beyond the sleepy heaviness deep behind your eyes, a thought floats into your head: do they even know? Do they know what even a simple moment like this can mean to you?

“I love you,” you mumble, just audible in the quiet afternoon.

“Love you too,” they respond, tapping a finger on the tip of your nose. “Now go to sleep, I can tell you need it.”

That’s not what I meant, your half-asleep mind protests. “No, I love you, like really love you,” you murmur again. “I’m yours — my heart is.”

They smile, finding your tired insistence adorable. “I know, love,” they reply. “And it’s perfectly safe with me, because I’m keeping it.” There’s a pause as they sigh, relaxing. “Now, sleep,” they insist softly.

Satisfied, you drift off into dreams. “You mean a lot to me too,” is the last, whispered thing you hear.
