Listening as the night brings back memories. Flashbacks brought back times of relationships that weren’t meant to be.
 Trying to let go of a painful past but not the happy emotions. 
Like gasping for air while swimming deeper into the ocean.
 Heart ache with confusion, mixed in a bowl. 
Makes a mixture that’ll rust away the human soul.
 When 1 goes to 4, the morning light peaks through the door.
 You close your eyes to forget it all.
 Tears shine from the sun, you can’t take it anymore.
