Locke is an escaped mental asylum patient, warranting him a bounty on his head, currently tagged by Desby.

Despite his restraints, he remains an incredibly dangerous person, capable of biting and tearing into people with his teeth alone. Should he be unbound, however, he will IMMEDIATELY mutilate the first person he sees.

Speaking of seeing, he can actually still see despite the blindfold. Just... not in the traditional sense of seeing.

Locke is affiliated with certain cult, and serves as a rabid hound that they have manipulated for their own gains.

He actually gets mesmerized by pillbugs and other animals that can roll up into balls. He becomes fascinated by them, almost calm, to the point that he doesn't even hurt them, just silently watches them.
