आय 91 करोड़, संरक्षण पर केवल 9 करोड़: ताजमहल पर बदहाल व्यवस्थाओं से पर्यटन पर संकट

आगरा का ताजमहल, जो दुनियाभर में भारतीय धरोहर और स्थापत्य कला का अद्वितीय उदाहरण है, हर दिन हजारों देशी-विदेशी पर्यटकों को आकर्षित करता है। लेकिन हालिया आंकड़ों ने इसके संरक्षण और देखरेख में गंभीर खामियों को उजागर किया है। भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण (ASI) से माँगी गई सूचना के अधिकार (RTI) के तहत प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, पिछले तीन वर्षों में ताजमहल से 91.23 करोड़ रुपये की आय हुई है, जबकि इसके रखरखाव पर मात्र 9.41 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए गए। RTI से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, वित्तीय वर्ष 2020-21 से 2023-24 के दौरान ताजमहल से टिकट बिक्री के माध्यम से ASI को भारी राजस्व मिला।   2020-21: 5.11 करोड़ रुपये 2021-22: 29.16 करोड़ रुपये 2022-23: 56.95 करोड़ रुपये इसी अवधि में संरक्षण पर खर्च की गई राशि बेहद कम रही: 2020-21: 33.95 लाख रुपये 2021-22: 2.84 करोड़ रुपये 2022-23: 3.17 करोड़ रुपये इन आँकड़ों से स्पष्ट है कि कमाई के मुकाबले संरक्षण पर खर्च 10% से भी कम रहा। पर्यटकों की बढ़ती संख्या और गिरती व्यवस्थाएं कोविड-19 के बाद ताजमहल पर पर्यटकों की संख्या में जबरदस्त बढ़ोतरी हुई है। लेकिन, बुनियादी सुविधाओं की कमी से पर्यटक असंतुष्ट हैं। लंबी कतारें, पानी और स्वच्छता की समस्या, टिकट प्राप्त करने में दिक्कत, और स्मारक के अंदर गंदगी जैसे मुद्दे लगातार सामने आ रहे हैं। आगरा टूरिस्ट वेलफेयर चैंबर के सचिव विशाल शर्मा ने बताया कि कोविड-पूर्व 34.27 करोड़ रुपये की कमाई के मुकाबले संरक्षण पर 12.37 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए गए थे। लेकिन अब कमाई बढ़ने के बावजूद खर्च में भारी गिरावट आई है। विशेषज्ञों की राय आगरा अप्रूव्ड गाइड एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष शमशुद्दीन ने कहा, "ताजमहल के संरक्षण के साथ बुनियादी जरूरतों पर भी ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए। ASI की अनदेखी से पर्यटकों का अनुभव खराब हो रहा है।" होटल एसोसिएशन के प्रमुख राकेश चौहान ने कहा, "ताजमहल की व्यवस्थाएं पर्यटकों की संख्या के अनुरूप नहीं हैं। कमाई के मुताबिक व्यवस्थाओं पर खर्च किया जाना चाहिए।" बदहाल संरक्षण की बानगी सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता विजय उपाध्याय ने ताजमहल की बिगड़ती स्थिति पर चिंता व्यक्त की। दो महीने पहले ताजमहल के गुंबद पर उगे पेड़ों ने रखरखाव की पोल खोल दी थी। शाही मस्जिद, मेहमानखाना और चमेली फर्श की छतरियों के पत्थर दरक रहे हैं। रॉयल गेट की पच्चीकारी खराब हो चुकी है और यमुना किनारे की दीवारों पर कीड़ों के निशान से इसकी छवि प्रभावित हो रही है। यमुना की स्थिति और कीड़ों का प्रकोप ताजमहल के समीप बहने वाली यमुना नदी में गिरते सीवर नालों ने समस्याएं और बढ़ा दी हैं। आगरा टूरिस्ट वेलफेयर चैंबर के अध्यक्ष प्रह्लाद अग्रवाल ने बताया, "सीवर नालों को यमुना में गिरने से रोका जाए तो ताजमहल की दीवारों पर कीड़ों के निशान नहीं पड़ेंगे। पर्यटक यमुना से उठने वाली बदबू से परेशान हैं। यह ताजमहल की गरिमा के विपरीत है।" सरकार और समाज की जिम्मेदारी विशाल शर्मा ने कहा कि ताजमहल भारत की पहचान है। इसकी बदतर स्थिति न केवल आगरा या उत्तर ��्रदेश बल्कि पूरे देश की छवि को विश्व पटल पर नुकसान पहुंचा सकती है। ASI, राज्य और केंद्र सरकार के साथ सामाजिक संस्थाओं को ताजमहल के संरक्षण और व्यवस्थाओं में सुधार के लिए ठोस कदम उठाने होंगे। ताजमहल से होने वाली भारी कमाई के बावजूद इसके संरक्षण पर ध्यान न देना चिंताजनक है। अगर यही हाल रहा तो न केवल ताजमहल की स्थिति खराब होगी बल्कि भारत की सांस्कृतिक धरोहर के प्रति वैश्विक धारणा पर भी नकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ेगा। Read the full article
