Note
Overlord keened, loud and long, the sound morphing in to a sickening gurgle of scorched wiring and melted internals as he fought the urge to gag and heave, a little regurgitated fuel still coughed up, burning his throat. He groaned and weakly agreed with Vortex.
::A-angel...:: He reaffirmed, managing to press just a little against Vortex's servo as it squeezed, fear and lust mingling in a heady mixture as that scorching muzzle tore his throat apart, aimed at his processor and set Overlord in to a blissed out state of helpless fear.
He could die... any moment... one little pull of that trigger. Frag, it- it made Overlord so slagging wet and hot with exhileration, cooling fans straining through the caked on layers of mud, transfluids and spilled energon that had seeped down into his vents. His valve dribbled with fresh lubricants, so tight and needy he could have overloaded again from a single touch to it, ignoring it for the pleasure of his spark being held hostage and tormented.
::Not the well- already there- perfect. Bliss. You're perfect.:: He managed to send across the comm line, fawning over Vortex, close to losing consciousness from exhustion and starvation, fuel still bleeding from his frame.
Hips bucked weakly still, the electric pulse from that whip still sizzling, searing his array and ramping up his charge over and over. Overlord wondered distantly if that part of him was ruined now, distracted by Vortex's servo clutching and working over his abused fuel line like a cheap toy. So intimate... and so cruel. He couldn't get enough, convulsing as his internals were stretched full to bursting, choking around the weapon buried in his intake and barely managing to stay online. He felt dizzy, weak, wonderful.
He could feel that spike tearing his internals open with every thrust, whimpering as another weak overload was torn from his frame. Vortex's depraved and wonderful promise made his his valve clench so tight that the pressure from his own twitching, puffy valve walls rubbing against one another had him siezing and rippling around nothing. Overlord weakly longed for even a single digit to fill his neglected valve. He lapped meekly at the rifle stuffed down his intake, glossa burning, tears pooling in his optics as the triple changer spent all his energy on staying online, sobbing through the overload.
Blurry, grey and blue plating shifted before him and he watched in a daze, starting to feel numb, barely focused. The single arm supporting him shook and strained under his own weight, threatening to give out at any moment.
An angel…
Vortex caught the stare of Overlord’s optics, the cracked and unsighted one just as beautiful as its whole counterpart, inside the ghostly reflection of his expressionless visor. Yes, he could accept a role like that.
The fear that roiled inside the larger mech, even briefly, excited the Combaticon’s instinct to dominate, to inspire more of that emotion like it was a stimulant to be harvested from Overlord’s withered lines. The angle of his gun tilted to force the other to accommodate, dragged and tore its agonizing muzzle into the roof of Overlord’s throat to aim more so towards his brain module.
“I look like I’m sent from Primus for you?” He asked, honeyed sweet, and as a breathy whisper. His hand closed on the handsome front of the other’s throat and stroked, firm and squeezing just enough to lightly compress the strong substrate. “Are you hallucinating about the Well, Overlord? Surely you aren’t about to deactivate on me. I’m not done with you at all.”
Pressure, and more pressure, steady but more and more demanding as Vortex’s left hand gripped tighter and looser and as his spike pressed in; then, with a sudden and audible pop, the narrow energon line gave in all at once. Its slick integumentary was stretched so thin around the bulge of the base of Vortex’s spike that it shown, practically translucent, around the Combaticon, so fitted that almost every minute detail was visible as shadowy relief or crease. Energon spurted, then leaked sluggishly down the base of rotary mech’s lead, down his interface housing and between his thighs as he resettled on his knees and adjusted his grip, then pulled himself out of his forged and perfect fit and slotted himself back in, slowly and completely.
“Die now, and I’m still going to rub myself to completion inside of you. No reason not to… But I’ll be really unimpressed about it.” Vortex said. He leaned in as his spike fought out higher maneuverability from the tight little line with each thrust, doused itself and forced a consistent, gliding path. “Just, hmm~ just keep conscious, we can get you a medic in no problem, and you’ll be completely fine…”

Stay Safe with Smoke Ventilators
Tumblr media
Safety of individuals is of paramount importance. Smoke ventilation systems, also known as Life Safety Systems are manufactured to enable the safe and secure escape of occupants in the case of a fire and also facilitate the fire to be fought immediately in its preliminary stages. There exists a well-structured & stringent law and design supervision that states and directs the installation, act and upkeep of Smoke Ventilation systems that must be taken into consideration and strictly followed when stipulating any system.
Smoke Ventilators safeguard lives and aid in protecting property by:
Allotting escape and entree routes free from smoke
Easing fire-fighting actions
Decreasing the risk of the fire growing further
Shielding the building
Lessening the risk posed to damage of the building
No matter whether the building to be ventilated is residential, educational, commercial or, healthcare a smoke ventilation system should be encompassed as an integral part of the overall fire strategy which is formulated for the building.
In the developing countries alone, there are several million incidental fires each year. No matter whether they initiate from thoughtless procedures, electricbreakdowns, or to say from kitchen mishaps, these incidents result in thousands of mortalities rate each year. Preventabledeath ratedue to fire such as these are partly because of meagre building fire safety plan, along with poor smoke ventilation.
In the case of building design; fire safety, preclusion, and smoke ventilation are key significant factors to guarantee the safety of the residents. In the incident of fire-breakdown, the chief goal is to make safe the lives of the distressed people, as well as guard the integrity of the building affected by the fire. Though fire prevention techniques can never boast of cent percent safety, scheming an effective smoke ventilation system, bearing in mind smoke safety is the ideal way to lessenhazardouscircumstances.
SHEVS i.e. Smoke and heat exhaust ventilation systems are powered systems to eliminate smoke from a building permitting low level escape routes to be saved clear of smoke and dippingharm to the building. The chief aim of smoke and heat exhaust ventilation systems (SHEVS) is to direct smoke and heat out from a building which is on fire, whilereserving escape passages and stairs free of smoke for the harmless and safe escape of the buildings dwellers.
Horizontal vs Vertical SHEVS Points to keep in mind:
Magnitude of the fire
Site of the fire
Structure of the building
Weather Conditions such as wind, humidity&convection currents
Likelytargetsites
Horizontal Ventilation allows air flow to ejecthazardousgases, heat & smoke.
Horizontal Ventilation Key Benefits:
Swift to device
Can be effective on an area dwelling up to 1600 sq. feet
Active with winds @ 25 mph or less
Operativeup to the range of 25 floors in a multistoried building
Vertical Ventilation
Vertical Ventilation is constructed by opening the roof top with cuts or with prevailing roof top openings.  If it’s insecure to place firefighters on the roof, it’s dangerous for firefighters to pass into the construction
Vertical Ventilation Key Benefits:
Extracts smoke and gases
Curtails the alteration of flashover
Diminishes the likelihood of backdraft
Helps firefighters in tracingsufferers
Aids firefighters detect the seat of the fire
Smoke ventilators designed & manufactured by Riseecovent usebest quality raw material produced from reliablemerchants as per strict industrial quality standards. Riseecovent offers extensive choice of ventilators. It specializes in manufacturing Roof Ventilators & Wind Driven Ventilators.

Techniques to Reduce Energy Costs in Industrial Plants
Tumblr media
Energy costs can be an enormous expense for industrial plants of all shapes and sizes. Different manufacturing processes require massive amounts of energy to keep up the production- cooling, heating, drying, lighting, and more. Finding out ways to save energy in your industrial plant can save you a huge amount. If you do not have a strategy in place to reduce energy costs, it is time for action.
An energy audit is important as it helps in identifying ways for improvement. During the audit, HVAC, lighting systems, and production line machinery are inspected and assessed. Some manufacturers even have an internal team who conduct an assessment. However, if you do not have such a team, you may consult energy experts. Whatever you wish to choose, here are few techniques to reduce energy costs in your industrial plant to make your facility more energy-efficient and less expensive to run.
1) Evaluate Air Compressors for Leaks
Air compressors are to blame for the massive amount of energy consumption and wastage. Some are designed poorly, while others aren’t maintained properly. Leaks can lead to almost 20 to 30% loss of a compressor’s output. They can even lessen the effectiveness of equipment.
Undertaking air leak surveys is one way to determine if your system has any leaks. Some common causes for leaks include loose hoses and tubes, worn materials missing seals or welds. Depending on the cause, repairing leaks can be as easy as tightening up fittings or changing minor parts.
2) Conduct an Equipment Audit
Keeping industrial equipment in good working condition is crucial to becoming energy efficient. Retro-commissioning methodically looks for equipment in the facility operating below optimum standards. While retro-fitting is about replacing inefficient or outdated equipment.
However, do not associate this with only the major pieces of equipment like HVAC systems. But, savings from upgrading aging equipment including industrial wall fans, ceiling fans, motors, and also computers can tally up in the long run. Implement a schedule to evaluate and maintain all equipment—not only the major ones.
3) Schedule Floor Shut-Downs and Start-Ups
Scheduled floor shutdowns where all machinery is powered off for a while, maybe during off-shift periods or weekends, can considerably lower energy costs. Similarly, powering up all machinery at once may create a large spike in the energy demand. Staggered start-up of equipment can help reduce this spike.
4) Improve Process Heating
Process heating is essential to manufacture most industrial and consumer goods, and it can be liable for over one-third of a plant’s energy usage. Manufacturers can save energy by setting up waste heat recovery systems, automatic blowdown control systems, controlling exhaust gases, and confirming proper furnace installation.
5) Schedule Machinery Use Strategically
Identify when and which processes require the most energy? Is there a chance to reschedule? If possible, schedule operating hours of this machinery other than the peak hours. Electrical rates vary depending on the timing, thus avoiding peak period rates can save a lot of energy costs.
