I've been catching up with the spanish dub of One Piece (the dub is progressing, they are still in Marineford), and they made Sanji more down bad it's funny LMAO

Just like in the Japanese dub, he calls Nami 'swan' or in spanish 'Cisne Nami' but the difference here is Robin. Kudos to the translators and the people who had to make the scripts for the VAs, because he calls her "Tigresa Robin", which means Tigress Robin. This man is down badly and creative 😔😔

this is just like a "something i saw on tiktok problem" but like the concept of an "everything shower" and the treatment of it as some essential or relatable aspect of "womanhood" to me just shows 1. the ever growing push to associate being a woman with buying and consuming products and 2. how women who r feminine and who conform to societal beauty standards r always going to be seen as more of a woman than anyone else.

I probably work halloween again, and while costumes are allowed at one of the store locations, I’m working at the other now and dont know if this one will also allow it/if a modest amber cosplay is okay/if the starbucks department allows costumes
