"With your head in your hands, you’re nothing more than his wife" is SUCH a Phochel line in Phoebe’s pov, since Rachel is literally Ross' third wife in canon, and his dream girl.

Ross is so fucking infatuated with Rachel, but not in love with her. Someone in love with Rachel wouldn’t be so quick to bring her down through a list, they wouldn’t join an ‘I hate Rachel’ club b/c they “didn’t know how to handle their feelings”, and they wouldn’t say she’s “just a waitress”, only to act like an asshole when she finally starts doing something she cares about.

Don’t forget that Ross' sole reason for not going through with the annulment is because he didn’t want three divorces. That was all Rachel was, a third marriage.
