I just started reading locked tomb because you've talked about it before (and you have such good taste) and I need to know if anyone in this god forsaken planet is gonna be nice to Gideon :((

the world is terrible and everyone is mean to gideon but at least there is dulcinea... my darling girl the light of my life dulcinea...

#magnus nd abigail are nice. who else #struggling for words here #have to be so so honest with you man i did not care for the locked tomb series that much i'm not a ride or die for it #scratching my head trying to remember what i would've said about the locked tomb outside of just mentioning it haha #it's got interesting stuff going on! but i felt that i was not the target audience for it #read all the books fast as fuck cause the hold was due at the library every time. so.#it will remain confusing to me forever. on top of everything else haha #enjoyable read! not one of my top recs though. i didn't like a lot of the humor throughout #other elements were interesting to me though. the writing style of the second book was cool to think about #if you liked the intro of the first book and had fun with it i think you'll like the rest. i didn't like the intro that much haha #i rlly hope you like it i hope it's good for you :)#if you trust my taste and you want something similar i have said recently that piranesi was a Delightful read.#excellent. very well done. and scratches the same itch that tlt would have hit for me i think #except that tlt often feels very. like. fandomized to me.#that ALL said. i dearly love nona. third book of tlt is kind of everything to me. just for her #update me on your thoughts on everything if you wish the askbox remains open <3 #ask #the locked tomb
