Earlier today at the NTUC’s National Delegates’ Conference 2019 with my #USE #unionofsecurityemployees sisters and brothers. What a fruitful day of workshops it was, as we discussed how to innovate structures, partnerships and resources in areas of protection, privileges, and progression & placement for workers. This year is special as we celebrate 50 years since the modernisation seminar in 1969.
