I FINISHED THIS IS HOW YOU LOSE THE TIME WAR LAST NIGHT AND FUUUCKING HELL. NOTHING WILL EVER BE QUITE THAT BEAUTIFUL AGAIN I DONT THINK

Stayed up until about one in the morning to finish it and then cried and then lay in bed for about half an hour thinking about the plot (there was only one point of the plot I had to think about for ages to fully get in the end 😭😭 think I got it)

On that note, just to clarify: After Blue ate the berries and wrote that final letter, she didn't genuinely think that Red never loved her, right? That was just for the steganography? Or if someone else found the letter that was very obviously in her hand first?

#that was the only aspect of the plot I had to pause for a while to think about 😭 I was doing so well #if she genuinely did then she wouldn't have put in the stenography right? But if she didn't then why did she put stuff like 'i did think-#-you protested to much'?#I actually could not bear to think at the time that she died thinking red didn't love her #I was in pieces #surely she didn't? She had no reason to??#desperate for reassurance about this because it was devastating #ANYWAY #EITHER WAY IT WAS FUCKING BEAUTIFUL #FIRST 5* READ IN AROUND A YEAR.
