Roasted Bell Pepper Flatbread with Creamy Tomato Sauce & Mozzarella 🍕🍕🍕  lol so I forgot to cancel a subscription and got 5 meals for EveryPlate delivered today even though our fridge has way too much food right now 🤦‍♀️ Anyways, so I made one of the meals today. It turned out pretty good, I think! The Tuscan Heat Spice included as part of this kit, as well as the cream cheese included to mix in with the tomato paste to make the sauce, definitely made this flatbread more flavorful than the pizza my family usually makes at home! So overall, this meal was pretty good, and they included enough of each ingredient to make the full two servings of the meal, as promised. (I mention this, because sometimes an issue with meal kits that I've noticed is that the portioned out packets don't have enough of an ingredient to make the full two servings of a meal, and instead can only make one.)
