Bruce is the type of person who would talk to children in full sentences as if they were adults (the only difference is that he makes his voice softer and the topics light) and it is so endearing to me.

It’s not that he’s above using baby voice because he’s absolutely not but he read somewhere that talking to children without the baby voice helps their brains develop better and also he absolutely hated being babied when he was a kid

So Bruce would be just sitting next to a baby and the baby’s babbling and Bruce replies completely seriously, “mhm, mhm, right, that’s a great point but have you considered…” and the babies absolutely LOVE it.

He also really listens to the older kids when they have something to say and goes in on their points/concerns, never dismissing them outright because “they’re just kids they don’t know anything” because he knows how valuable a kids perspective can be and how important it is for them to be seen/heard.
