I just don’t see UConn getting a national championship. Geno has massively misused Paige, and while I think she can definitely go back to who she was before, I think that time won’t come until she gets the hell out of Connecticut. At this point last season, we would’ve beat Tennessee.

And, let’s face it, we should’ve won today. We have the skillsets of a championship-winning team, sure. But we don’t show up when it matters.

Paige is so clearly in her head. My heart breaks for her. She pours so much soul into this game for a coach who acts like he hates her.

He talks about how horrible he felt when Diana Taurasi had immense amounts of pressure on her back, and now he’s making Paige feel the same way.

+ Paige not only had to return from multiple injuries but then had to play out of position these past couple of years
