Basically, get all your stuff before the stragglers scramble and go feral in the grocery store, get your non-perishables, stock up in case extermination affects the supply of food to Pentagram City (destroyed stores & infrastructure, massive loss of workers & capital involved in the transportation of food, etc), prepare for lengthy power outages, prepare for contamination in the water supply, hide in a place with solid infrastructure, and hunker tf down.
