~ After Ron accidentally shot Carl, he was so overwhelmed with guilt that he tried to leave Alexandria by himself just to be stopped by Carl and Enid, who were reading comics out in the woods together:

"Ron?" Carl breathes, turning to look at Enid, her gaze being pulled away from the comic she'd previously been invested in. "What? He's not meant to leave the walls." She huffs before returning to her book. Though, landing back on Carl at the sound of crunching leaves and breaking sticks under his feet. Enid watching as he quietly and calmly approaches Ron.

"Ron?" He says, almost yelling. Pausing a small distance away from Ron. Almost out of fear, but partly because he knew Ron wasn't in the best place, especially after everything. Ron turns to look at Carl, his shakey grip on the sweaty rubber of the same gun that had taken out Carls right eye. "You pass me the Gun, and we go back to Alexandria." Ron shakes his head slightly, but he doesn't dare raise the gun, leaving it aimed at the ground in front of him.

"It's fucked, Carl. Everything's fucked." He stumbles over his words, sniffling as he trys to hold himself together. "It's not... just pass me the gun. And we can talk back in Alexandria. Where It's safe, " Carl says, pausing to take a breath. Trying to keep himself calm. Knowing he needs to bury his fear in a situation like this. He takes a hesitant step closer, feeling the cold barrel of the gun in his hand, gently urging Ron to let go. Ron reluctantly abides, letting the cold metal fall into Carl's grip.

"Let's get you back to Alexandria." Carl whispers, his hand hovering over Ron's back.

"Why are you being so nice to me?" Ron whispers, his words growing shakey. "I can't blame you for making a bad decision while you were in that state. I've been in the same space before. I know what it's like to act on fear." Carl whispers. Recalling how numb he became after losing his mother, how easy it got to let his fear take over, how easy it was to kill that kid, even though he was surrendering.

~ They don't get together till they're WAY older (like post pike deaths).

~ Blacksmith Carl x Carpenter Ron

~ Ron and Carl are the first people to start rebuilding Hilltop after the whisperers burn it down. Agreeing to do it for Enid.

~ After Ron realises no one blames him for what happened, he slowly grows on Carl and Enid being together. Realising he never really liked Enid like that, he just wanted some stability somewhere, finding it in Enid. After she passes, Carl and Ron find comfort in each other, knowing they were both close to her, it eventually grows into something more.

~ (I swear I SWEAR RON HAD A GUITAR IN HIS ROOM, WAAAAAAYYY BACK IN S5) Ron plays guitar, it's his outlet, for when he's stressed out. Carl secretly loves hearing him play. It's never very good. And it's all made up from the one scale he can remember, and it's always just slightly out of tune. But to Carl, there's nothing better than hearing Ron absentmindedly picking away, late into the night humming along but never making any actual lyrics.

~ AT the fayre at the Kingdom Carl and Enid spent an hour trying to convince Ron and Alden to play on the stage with Luke. It ended up being Carl's last happy memory with Enid, even though she never actually got to see them play.

"Are you crying?" Ron whispers, turning to look at Carl, sat up against his worn pillow, his journal he'd been absentmindedly jotting things down into having fallen limp in his lap, He'd only asked after hearing a shakey sniffle come from behind him. "Uh- just what you're playing... sounds like what you were playing when..."I'll stop," Ron ushers, feeling the bed dip as Carl scoots near him, "Don't..." Carl sniffles in response, resting his head on Ron's shoulder, arms falling limp around Ron's waist, his eye watching Ron's fingers glide across the strings.

~ Ron and Carl help Daryl with jude and rj while rick and michonne are gone.

~ They take in Adam after Aldens' death, even though they'd agreed they'd never have kids after Ron admitted he feared he'd end up like his Father.

"M'not good at this, Carl." Ron breathes his words, almost panicked as he looks down at the curled up bundle in his arms. "You're doing fine." Carl whispers, resting his head on Ron's shoulder. "What if I end up like- Carl.This was a bad idea. Surely there's someone more capable at this." Carl just huffs a laugh, blinking at Ron. "You won't end up like him." He says his words warm and comforting.

~Daryl was the first person to find out about Carl and Ron. After walking in on them while they were helping, make dinner for the kids, being a little too close for just freinds.

~Carl's love language is acts of service, always sharpening and cleaning up Ron's carpeting tools.

~ Ron's love language is physical contact, always draping a stray arm around Carl's shoulders or tracing Carl's features with his calloused fingers while he's meant to be trying to sleep.

~once Ron spent a YEAR trying to grow his hair like Carl's, deiciding he hated the feeling of it on his neck and making Carl cut it all off.

"I want it GONE," Ron says, slamming a pair of scissors down on the bathroom counter. Nearly startling Carl (who was just brushing his teeth) to death. "What?" Carl blinks, looking at the scissors and then back to his boyfriend. "This hair. Please, Carl, get rid of it." Carl's eye widens in realisation, nodding as he picks the scissors up. "Are you sure?" "Get rid of it."

~ Ron secretly loves when Carl rocks up home after a long day blacksmithing Covered in soot and his hair tied back behind his head, some stray strands falling onto his face, thinking he's never looked more beautiful. (He's covered in dirt and smells like burnt bootyhole)

lan qiren from mdzs... he's actually a pretty disliked character LOL like he has his complexities but from what ive seen most people generally dont like him because of his behavior specifically to/about the main character and the main pairing

(personally i am neutral on him, he's not a hugely relevant character and i don't have strong feelings, though i do think sometimes people take his actions under what were Extreme Circumstances and make them into defining characteristics of who he is as a person. which is a pretty common issue in mdzs fandom generally. but i digress!)

your post is very him-coded to me because [spoilers for mdzs but ill keep it vague ->] when his older brother (the actual sect leader) went into permanent seclusion, lqr basically had to take over the sect in his stead, as well as raising his brother's two sons, until his brother died and the actual heir could take over as sect leader. but iirc, even after this happens, lqr still continues playing a pretty big role in running the clan because . waves hand. reasons and such

um. this is of course not a great state of things? for him lol. "soul-killing" is very apt i think... especially since he was never intended to be sect leader and presumably had a life and ambitions and stuff before his brother went off the rails and lqr had to take over the leadership position. he's an interesting character really, because i don't agree with him on a lot of things for a lot of reasons, but there's more to him than what fandom popularly characterizes him as... anyway!

the reason i took so long to answer this ask and why the response is multiple paragraphs is because i started questioning my memory of anything that has happened in canon ever and had to take a minute to dive thru the novels and wiki to check myself ajksdgj

Y'know, for being a Chinese game all about beauty, Infinity Nikki got a surprising amount of diversity in the faces of its characters. Like I'm looking at mayor Grace right now and she looks like a regular normal person.

Heck, her face even has texture! And eyebags! Visible even despite me playing on the very lowest settings!

That's a lot more than most games do (most games not doing that at all, in fact) and the fact that a dress-up game from a part of the world infamous for beauty standards just casually does that is pretty neat

From q!forever's perspective, you can see how the dramatrio was always a duo and not a trio. qbad and qbaghera do not trust forever, and if they do, they don't trust him enough for their secrets.

- They never supported qforever during his presidency (qbad did vote for him, tho). qbad always complained about everything forever did, even tho qforever always tried to listen to him and everyone else.

- qbaghera did not told him the secret about her childhood, but she told qbad. Just like bad didn't tell qforever about the fed worker he kidnapped but he told qbaghera.

- "Oh but qforever took his waystone first" he did that because he asked for an item and no one helped him, so he got tired of helping people but no one helping him
