So tired but happy about catching up with friends. Can't sleep, must have been over excited like a kid on Christmas. Also happy because I thought I'd gained 20kg on my new medication but I only gained 3kg. I mean that might sound weird but putting something in your body changes the chemistry and hormones and for me it makes a massive impact. Hopefully 2020 I can focus on weightloss for the overall health benefits and caring for my digestive system and mental health. I like throwing stuff out. Especially the feeling of tearing up a no more useful piece of paper makes me feel grounded and important. My inside voices go “Hey, look at me. I am so through these. I don’t even need them anymore.”

What is even better is to actually kiss goodbye to some of your belongings and donate them and say: “Look at me! I am all grown up now so I can let others grow up, too.”

Admit it, everyday victories are the best.
