UF and SF skeletons with an S/O that leaves them small gifts that she made. S/O is just really creative but also figgity so the reason she does her crafts for them and her job because she has to keep her hands busy.

This is honestly super adorable, and while I don’t do this myself, I know a few people who do!

UF Sans/Red: So he’s already probably thinking that the fidgeting is really cute because oh my goodness you can’t sit still what that’s so cute. It’s not really that the alternative isn’t cute, but the fact that you always have to be doing something is just that extra bit cute. When you fiddle with your clothes, fingers, or even a sheet of paper, he likes to watch your hands. There’s something that relaxes him just a little bit more when he sees that you’re doing what you normally do, and he likes to see anything you can make. Assuming that you like to make origami, he’s going to bring you some general ideas after he figures out what that means. The little folds and creases used on a small slip of paper just to make something so delicate and fantastic is amazing to him and he wants to keep watching. Red can’t do any of it himself, because his phalanges are pretty sharp, but he’s happy when you do it. Once the little gifts start appearing in places he frequents and with his name on it, he’s internally cooing over the cuteness. He’s got his favorites on his desk and the others carefully stored in a little box with your name on it. It really brightens up his day to see a small paper figure at his spot on the table or somewhere he can get it, so please don’t stop leaving him gifts.

UF Papyrus/Fell: He can’t stand to see people fidgeting on a regular basis, and in the Underground that would’ve gotten you a bone through the foot. He can tolerate it for your sake, but the fact that you have something that can keep you at bay for a little while longer with less fidgeting is something that relaxes him a bit more. Even though he hates people who can’t be idle-handed for two seconds, he finds it really interesting how you move your fingers in the times when you need to move. There’s all sorts of patterns that you try to make out, and he tries to guess which ones you’ll pull out next or which one you’re in the process of making. If there’s no rhyme or reason to your fidgeting, Fell is still likely to watch, if only to try and puzzle out why you need to do that. When little presents in the form of paper animals and flowers start to show up for him, he’s a little confused at first. He might throw them out by accident on the first few sets because he thinks they’re probably stray scraps of paper someone didn’t toss, but once you explain what they are, he’s very remorseful, though he will hesitate to show how much. Needless to say though, he really likes the origami and though it won’t be displayed with the level of detail that his action figures are, he will put them somewhere he can look at them daily.

SF Sans/Black: Right from the get go, before you even start dating him, Black is aware that your fidgeting is an indicator of how you feel. The more you move, the better you are, generally speaking. If for some reason you stop moving around and fidgeting, there’s an issue and he needs to talk to you about it. He’s extremely perceptive to the people around him, but there’s no need for him to disclose that information all the time. Most of the time, if he ends up watching you twitch and move around in small ways, he’s watching to judge how you’re doing that day. Surprisingly, he can gain a lot of info off of how much, how little, or the ways that you move about in the span of a minute. He really likes to watch you move, because it’s a small comfort to see you moving around and active, it shows you’re still alive. The minute that he sees a tiny paper crane or something similar on his work desk, he has to take a minute to go and talk to you. There is no way you were able to make something this cool and amazing!! However, when you tell him how you did it, he’ll demand that you show him, and he wants to learn how to do it too. Be patient with him, because he’s going to get frustrated very easily by all the little notches and the holes he accidentally tears into the paper. Maybe he should just stick to letting you handle that....

“YOU HAVE CRAFTED A NEW TYPE OF THIS PAPER FOLDING? SHOW ME! I WANT TO SEE EXACTLY HOW YOU MANAGED TO MAKE A TIGER THIS TINY!!”

SF Papyrus/Rus: Any sort of continual movement with you is something that he focuses in on with rapt attention. He’s aware that you need to keep yourself busy so you don’t lose focus and end up doing something stupid, but he really loves to watch how you move. In that singular small motion or set of motions, he knows that there is something you are thinking about and ready to act on. Rus isn’t stupid, he gets to observe and learn all the little quirks about your twitching, and he knows how you operate based off of that. You’re never really sure if he’s watching because he wants to see what you’re doing, but you also understand that he needs that small bit of comfort in seeing you do that. When you start to leave him little presents on his desk or his part of the table, he instantly scopes you out so that he can wrap you up in his affections. The Underground wasn’t known for gift giving really, so to get a gift, especially since you two began to date is a little astounding. He really doesn’t quite get what to do with them, but the spirit is most definitely there. He keeps them in their own little containers and marks a little date on the corner of when he receives them, smiling every single time he looks at them. They function as a great little reminder that you still love and care for him.
