I am absolutely immune to German geography. A friend of mine lives in Würzburg and has told me many, many times where that is and every time i’ve forgotten it immediately afterwards. Where the fuck is Göttingen. I look it up, there’s a millisecond of recognition, and then that knowledge escapes into the ether again. Lübeck could be in Bavaria for all I know

München Berlin und Hamburg and THATS IT #every other city i’m guesstimating. oftentimes very horribly wrong #i could name the 16 Bundesländer if my life depended on it but that’s really as far as that goes #it’s impressive really. the amount of times i looked up where Osnabrück is. just to immediately forget it again #karlsruhe is another town i have no idea where it is. i know it’s close-ish. but is it farther away than stuttgart? who knows. not me #rosenheim? like in the song?#sorry to all my german mutuals #your cities mean nothing to me. my mind is literally blank
